Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ブレーキ装置を持った原動機付き乗り物の速度調節装置であって、速度指令 値を設定する第一の手段(22)をもった運転者が操作できる制御器(20)と 、実際の速度を感知するセンサ(16)と、エンジンスロットルと上記ブレーキ 装置(8、10)とに接続されたプロセスユニット(14)とを具備してなり、 上記指令値と上記実際の速度とが上記プロセスユニットへ与えられてここで比較 され、この差により上記スロットル及び/或は上記ブレーキ装置に信号を送るよ うにされており、且つ坂を下る時は上記プロセスユニットは上記第一の手段によ り設定された指令値を越える最大速度を許容するようにされている自動車の運行 制御器において、上記プロセスユニット(14)がスロットルとブレーキ装置と 両方を制御して車両速度を一定に保つ第1の位置と、プロセスユニットがスロッ トルのみを制御して設定された指令値である最低速度を保つ第2の位置と、プロ セスユニットがブレーキ装置のみを制御して上記設定された指令値に関して最高 速度を限定する第3の位置とを設定する第2の手段(23)を操作手段(20) に持たせたことを特徴とする原動機付き乗り物の運行制御器。 2.上記操作手段(20)が上記第1の手段により設定された指令値以上の種々 の最高速度が選択出来る様にした第3手段(24、25)を有することを特徴と する前記請求項1に記載の運行制御器。 3.上記操作手段(20)が上記第1の手段(22)により設定された指令速度 が読める様に計器(31)が調製されていることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記 載の運行制御器。 4.上記操作手段が上記第1の手段(22)により設定された指令速度と上記第 3の手段(24、25)により選択された指令値以上の速度とが読める様に計器 (31、32)が調製されていることを特徴とする前記請求項2に記載の運行制 御器。 5.上記計器(31、32)が乗り物の計器(30)と一体化され、該自動車の 計器(30)上の通常の速度目盛りに関して、上記指令値速度と上記指令値速度 以上の所定の速度とを示す様にしたことを特徴とする前記請求項4に記載の運行 制御器。 6.コンプレッションブレーキ装置(8)と燃料供給度合いを変える装置(10 )とを持った内燃エンジンにより駆動される乗り物において、上記プロセスユニ ット(14)が上記操作手段により選択され得る多数のあり得べきブレーキ作用 の中の1つを表す信号を上記装置(10)に与えて、燃料供給度合いを変えるよ うにしたことを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至請求項5に記載の運行制御器。
