Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a prevention of infection by blocking running down of blood as caused from a wound part, help smoothly accomplish work without discomfort felt by patients by keeping the clothing of the patients from being fouled, eliminate fear of flying by wind by enabling fixing of a paper sheet with a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape and ensure the safety of medical personnel by making the product burnable in the disposal thereof as medical waste to meet the requirement of burning blood or the like for the prevention of infection in conformity to the regulation for the medical personnel. SOLUTION: A hole 2 is made at the central part of a paper sheet 1 and an absorbable pad 3 and several pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tapes 4 are arranged on the rear of the paper sheet.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventional surgery is considered to be only an operation in an operating room, and there is no perforated sheet for outpatient surgery for performing operations from epithelial tissue to subcutaneous tissue. She had cut and used a surgical OF, but she couldn't fix it alone, she flew in the wind, shed blood down and soiled the patient's clothing, and her blood became contaminated and dirty. So, I piled up a lot of regenerated gauze and kept it under Oyf.

This has the following disadvantages. I. In outpatient surgery, which involves surgery from epithelial tissue to subcutaneous tissue, there was no perforated sheet and a cloth was used. B. It was very troublesome to cut and use surgical operatives. C. Oif cannot be fixed with only one piece, it flies in the wind,
Blood ran down and soiled the patient's clothing, and Oyf was contaminated with blood and dirty. The present invention has been made to solve the above drawbacks.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. (A) A hole (2) is provided in the center of a non-permeable paper sheet (1). (B) A ring-shaped absorbent pad (3) is provided around the hole (2) of the paper sheet (1) in FIG. 2, and several double-sided adhesive tapes (4) are provided at the end of the paper sheet (1). (C) The structure of the absorbent pad (3) is such that a mesh-like structure from which blood does not return is attached from above, and a ring-shaped highly absorbent pad (7) is provided underneath, and underneath. Cotton (8), under which a paper sheet (1) is provided. (D) A ring-shaped stop line (6) is provided at the end of the mesh (5) of the absorbent pad (3). The present invention has the above configuration. When using the present invention, a moderate amount of bleeding flow is absorbed during surgery from the epithelial tissue to the subcutaneous tissue, and the sheet is contaminated as follows. The nurse opens the sterile gloves and puts them into the doctor. The doctor wears sterile gloves and opens clean surgical sheets. Look at a place where two double-sided adhesive tapes (4) are easily fixed at the end of the paper sheet (1) in Fig. 2, and peel off the tape. The doctor puts the hole (2) on the wound with the absorbent pad (3) facing down, and presses the double-sided adhesive tape (4) by hand from above the paper sheet (1) to fix it. A moderate amount of blood flowing out of the trauma is absorbed by the absorbent pad (3) and does not return. The doctor ends the nursing, disinfects the trauma, and ends the procedure with gauze protection.

As the bleeding from the trauma does not flow down,
It helps prevent infection and keeps the patient's clothing clean so that they can work smoothly without discomfort. And since the paper sheets can be fixed by the double-sided adhesive tape, there is no need to worry about flying by the wind. When treating as medical waste, blood and the like are supposed to be incinerated to prevent infection according to the regulations of the medical staff, but since it is a product that can be incinerated, the safety of the medical staff can be protected.
