In addition, when pressed and cleaned, the brush bristles other than the brush bristles that have reached the recess have an excess length, so they are curved along the surface, and there is a blank area around the recess where the brush bristles do not touch, leaving behind the cleaning. This causes the brush bristles to deform and remain bent over time. Further, an extra force is applied, so that the target object is easily damaged. In addition, a brush made of a hard material such as a wire is particularly poor in flexibility and has a remarkably poor restoring force. Other brushes with a spring function already exist, but the ones up to now are complicated in structure and easy to accumulate dirt. The biggest drawback is that the brushes are not brushed one by one and are planted in groups. Since it only bounces in bundles, it is doubtful that the effect of the spring actually reaches every corner of the object.

If the object has irregularities because the brush bristles do not have flexibility, the tip of the brush bristles does not reach the concave portion as it is, so it has been necessary to apply a large force to press and clean the bristles. B. When pressed and cleaned, the brush bristles other than the brush bristles that have reached the recess have an excess length, so they are curved along the surface, and there is a blank area around the recess where the brush bristles do not touch, leaving behind the cleaning. Caused. C. The brush bristles will deform and remain bent over time when used with the brush pressed. D. When an extra force is applied, the target object is easily damaged. E. A brush made of a hard material such as a wire is particularly inflexible and has a remarkably poor restoring force. The present invention has been made to solve the above drawbacks.

The tip of each brush bristles (2) is made to reach every corner of the object. The present invention is a spring brush having the above configuration.

にくい。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. I. Each of the bristles (2) of the base (1) has two bent portions (3) in the oblique direction and the vertical direction when the flocked portion (4) is perpendicular to the base, and the flocked portion (4) has When it is oblique to the base (1), one bent portion (3) is provided in the vertical direction. B. The closer the bent portion (3) is to the base (1) relative to the entire length of the brush bristles (2), the more the stability of the brush bristles (2) increases. C. In the bent portion (3), the effect of the brush bristles (2) increases as the degree of bending of the oblique portion increases, and conversely, as the degree of bending of the oblique portion decreases and approaches the linear shape, the brush bristles (2) increase. The effect of 2) increases the hardness. D. In the bent portion (3), the longer the section in the oblique or horizontal direction relative to the entire length of the brush bristles (2), the greater the bending width and the greater the action of the brush bristles (2),
Conversely, the shorter the section in the oblique or horizontal direction relative to the entire length of the brush bristles (2), the smaller the bending width and the harder the action of the brush bristles (2). E. The bent portion (3) is considered in consideration of the above (2), (3) and (3),
What is necessary is just to set so that each brush bundle (6) does not hinder each other's bending and extension movement, and the position and direction of the bent part (3) may be the same or different. F. As a result, each brush bristle (2) has an independent spring function. G. When a force is applied, the bent portion (3) bends and stretches, so that each brush bristles (2)
However, it has independent spring function so that every corner of the property can be thoroughly cleaned. The present invention has the above configuration. When the present invention is used, the brush bristles (2) each having a bent portion (3) have an independent spring function, so that even if the object has irregularities, the brush bristles (2) require only a small force. The bent portion (3) of the brush bristles freely bends and extends, so that the tip of the brush bristles reaches the concave portion, and can be easily and completely cleaned. In addition, the brush bristles other than the brush bristles that arrived at the recess, such as when pressed with a large force and cleaned, are curved along the surface due to excess length, and there is a blank portion around the recess where the tip of the brush bristles does not hit. No cleaning residue occurs. Further, the brush bristles are hardly deformed, and the object is hardly scratched because no extra force is applied.

Even when the object has irregularities when using a brush, each brush bristle has an independent spring function, so that the tip can reach the concave portion without any extra force and can be completely cleaned. Since it is not pressed forcefully, there is no cleaning residue caused by bending of the brush bristles. B. Prevents deformation of the brush bristles and makes it difficult for the object to be scratched. C. It is possible to give spring properties and flexibility to brush bristles made of hard material such as wire. D. The structure is simple, the application range is wide, and the spring strength can be variously adjusted according to the material of the brush bristle.
