大腸菌O−157に対して殺菌効果のある薬等の提供が
早急に望まれている。本発明は薬としてではなく、殺菌
効果の高いわさび、洋がらしを含有することによって除
菌作用、殺菌効果を有したところの従来にはない健康に
効果を発揮する飲料を提供することを目的とするもので

瘍、胃がん等の病気を予防することができ、再発の防止
も可能である。そこで、現在この除菌効果を高めるため
の手段が急速に求められている。胃の中に生息するヘリ
コバクター・ピロリ菌を除菌するには飲料を用いる方法
は最も簡単で、しかも速効手段である。又病原性大腸菌
O−157に汚染された食物を摂取した場合、殺菌と感
染の予防に効果を発揮することができる。本健康飲料の
発明者は、わさび、洋がらしが非常に殺菌力が強いこと
を、その主成分であるイソチオシアン酸アリルで、臨床
細菌から病原大腸菌及び緑膿菌(グラム陰性桿菌)を用
いて試験管内実験を行いMIC(最小発育阻止濃度)を
もって証明した。ヘリコバクター・ピロリ菌は他の一般
細菌と性質が異なり、人体の胃以外の臓器、細胞には生
息することができない。胃の中にのみ生息し得るという
特徴をもった細菌である。従って飲料を使用することに
よって十分殺菌することができ、除菌効果を最大限に上
げ、その目的を達成することができる。別紙に添付した
写真−1、表−1について説明する。写真−1は病原大
腸菌、緑膿菌を37℃で20時間培養した結果を撮影し
たものである。尚シャーレ番号3以下は培養を省略し
た。表−1は薬剤の希釈系列を記入し、それぞれの試験
菌のMICを示す。ブドウ球菌(グラム陽性球菌)は、
