Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 一方に低圧が作用しかつ他方に高圧が作用する2つのチャンバを有し、少 なくとも1のチャンバが空圧ポンプに接続される空圧ブレーキブースタを備えた 自動車用ブレーキシステムであって、 ポンプに関連するチャンバ(4,7)内の圧力に応じてポンプ(51,61, 65)を作動し、不作動とするための装置が設けられることを特徴とするブレー キシステム。 2. ポンプ(51,61,65は、電気モータ(44)で駆動されることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキシステム。 3. 前記装置は圧力スイッチ(49,53,62,63)であり、この圧力ス イッチはポンプ(51,61,65)と、ポンプを設けられたチャンバ(4,7 )との間に配置され、チャンバ(4,7)内の圧力で作動可能であることを特徴 とする請求項2に記載のブレーキシステム。 4. 前記装置は、電気モータ(44)のパワー入力を検出するセンサ(56) であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のブレーキシステム。 5. ポンプは、吐出側を高圧チャンバ(7)に接続し、かつ、低圧チャンバ( 4)の圧力で作動可能な弁組立体(32)により、その吸入側を低圧チャンバ( 4)に接続される過剰圧ポンプ(61)として形成されることを特徴とする請求 項1から4のいずれか1に記載のブレーキシステム。 6. 弁組立体(32)は、第1切換位置で過剰圧ポンプ(61)の吸入側を低 圧チャンバに接続し、第2切換位置で大気に接続することを特徴とする請求項5 に記載のブレーキシステム。 7. ポンプは、両チャンバ(4,7)に接続される真空過剰圧ポンプ(65) として形成され、2つのチャンバ(4,7)は、電気的に並列に接続されかつチ ャンバ(4,7)内の圧力で作動可能な圧力スイッチ(62,63)を設けられ 、関連するチャンバ(4,7)内の圧力で作動可能な弁組立体(32,35)が 、チャンバ(4,7)と、真空/過剰圧ポンプ(65)のそれぞれの側(吸入側 および吐出側)との間の接続部に介挿され、弁組立体(32,35)は、第1切 換 位置で真空/過剰圧ポンプ(65)を関連するチャンバ(4,7)に接続し、第 2切換位置で大気に接続することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のブレーキシステ ム。 8. 圧力アキュムレータ(28)は、空圧チャンバ(4,7)に接続されるこ とを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1に記載のブレーキシステム。 9. エアドライヤ(24)が、ポンプ(51,61,65)の吐出側の下流に 接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1に記載のブレーキシス テム。 10. 弁組立体(3,25)は、ブレーキブースタ(5)に一体化されること を特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1に記載のブレーキシステム。 11. ポンプ(1,21,35,51,61,65)が、ブレーキブースタ( 5)内に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1に記載の ブレーキシステム。 12. 圧力アキュムレータがブレーキブースタ内に一体化されることを特徴と する請求項8から11のいずれか1に記載のブレーキシステム。 13. ポンプ(1,21,35,51,61,65)は、スリップ制御付きブ レーキシステムの液圧ポンプ(46)を駆動するモータ(44)により、作動さ れることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1に記載のブレーキシステム 。 14. フリーホイールドライブ(45)が、モータ(44)とポンプ(46) との間に介挿されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のブレーキシステム。 15. ポンプ(51)と液圧ポンプ(46)とが、モータ(44)のモータシ ャフト(58)の両端に装着されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のブレー キシステム。 16. ポンプ(51,61,65)を規則的な間隔で作動し、不作動とする装 置が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれか1に記載のブレー キシステム。 17. 前記装置は、ブレーキライトスイッチであることを特徴とする請求項1 6に記載のブレーキシステム。
