Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.I.共重合可能な二重結合を有していないポリウレタン溶液への、 a1)本質的にカルボキシル基不含のアクリル酸エステル或いはアクリル酸エ ステルの混合物、 a2)1分子あたり少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基を有しかつ本質的にカル ボキシル基不含であるエチレン性不飽和モノマーもしくはこのようなモノマーの 混合物及び a3)本質的にカルボキシル基不含の、(a1)及び(a2)と異なるエチレン性 不飽和モノマー及びこのようなモノマーの混合物 の添加下での重合によって、 II.段階Iで添加されたモノマーがほぼ完全に反応した後の、引き続いてのさ らなる重合及び、 b1)1分子につき少なくとも1つのカルボキシ基を有するエチレン性不飽和 モノマーもしくはこのようなモノマーの混合物及び b2)本質的にカルボキシル基不含の、エチレン性不飽和モノマーもしくはこ のようなモノマーの混合物 の添加によって、かつ III.重合の終了後の中和及び水中での分散によって、 得ることができる、 ポリウレタン改質されたポリアクリレート。 2.成分(a1)の含量が40〜90重量%であり、成分(a2)の含量が0〜45重量% であり、成分(a3)の含量が0〜40重量%であり、成分(b1)の含量が2.5〜15重 量%であり、かつ成分(b2)の含量が0〜60重量%である、 請求項1記載のポリウレタン改質されたポリアクリレート。 3.成分(a1)の含量が40〜80重量%であり、成分(a2)の含量が4〜34重量% であり、成分(a3)の含量が10〜30重量%であり、成分(b1)の含量が3〜7重 量%であり、かつ成分(b2)の含量が0〜28重量%である、 請求項2記載のポリウレタン改質されたポリアクリレート。 4.(a1)、(a2)、(a3)、(b1)及び(b2)の重量含量の合計が常に100重量%である 、 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のポリウレタン改質されたポリア クリレート。 5.(a1)、(a2)、(a3)、(b1)及び(b2)の性質と量が(a1)、(a2)、(a3)、(b1)及び (b2)から得られたポリアクリレート樹脂がヒドロキシル価0〜200、酸価20〜100 及びガラス転移温度-40℃〜+60℃を有する程度に選択されている、 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のポリウレタン改質されたポリア クリレート。 6.ヒドロキシル価が60〜140であり、酸価が25〜50でありかつガラス転移温度 が-20℃〜+40℃である、 請求項5記載のポリウレタン改質されたポリアクリレート。 7.ポリウレタン溶液が a)数平均分子量400〜5000を有するポリエステルポリオール及び/又はポリ エーテルポリオールかこのようなポリエステルポリオール及び/又はポリエーテ ルポリオールの混合物 b)ポリイソシアネートもしくはポリイソシアネートの混合物 c)場合によっては、1分子につき、イソシアネート基に対して反応性であ る少なくとも1つの基及びアニオン形成能を有する少なくとも1つの基を有する 化合物もしくはこのような化合物の混合物、 d)場合によっては、1分子につき、NCO基に対して反応性である少なくとも 1つの基を有しかつ少なくとも1つのポリ(オキシアルキレン)基を有する化合 物もしくはこのような化合物の混合物及び場合によっては e)分子量60〜600を有する、ヒドロキシル基及び /又はアミノ基を含有する有機化合物かこのような化合物の混合物 の反応によって得ることができる、 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のポリウレタン改質されたポリア クリレート。 8.ポリウレタン改質されたポリアクリレートを製造する方法において、 A.共重合可能な二重結合を有していないポリウレタン溶液を得、 B.この溶液に a1)本質的にカルボキシル基不含のアクリル酸エステル或いはアクリル酸エ ステルの混合物、 a2)1分子あたり少なくとも1つのヒドロキシル基を有しかつ本質的にカル ボキシル基不含であるエチレン性不飽和モノマーもしくはこのようなモノマーの 混合物及び a3)本質的にカルボキシル基不含の、(a1)及び(a2)と異なるエチレン性 不飽和モノマー及びこのようなモノマーの混合物を添加しかつ、 C.段階Bで添加されたモノマーがほぼ完全に反応した後に、 b1)1分子につき少なくとも1つのカルボキシ基を有するエチレン性不飽和 モノマーもしくはこのようなモノマーの混合物及び b2)本質的にカルボキシル基不含の、エチレン性 不飽和モノマーもしくはこのようなモノマーの混合物 の添加によってさらに重合させ、かつ D.重合の終了後に、得られたポリアクリレート樹脂を少なくとも部分的に 中和しかつ水中に分散させることを特徴とする、 ポリウレタン改質されたポリアクリレートの製法。 9.共重合可能な二重結合を有していないポリウレタン溶液を重合前に有機溶剤 もしくは溶剤混合物に添加する、 請求項8記載の方法。 10.添加する成分(a1)の含量が40〜90重量%であり、添加する成分(a2)の含 量が0〜45重量%であり、添加する成分(a3)の含量が0〜40重量%であり、添加 する成分(b1)の含量が2.5〜15重量%であり、かつ添加する成分(b2)の含量 が0〜60重量%である、請求項8又は9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.成分(a1)の含量が40〜80重量%であり、成分(a2)の含量が4〜34重量% であり、成分(a3)の含量が10〜30重量%であり、成分(b1)の含量が3〜7重 量%であり、かつ成分(b2)の含量が0〜28重量%である、 請求項10記載の方法。 12.(a1)、(a2)、(a3)、(b1)及び(b2)の重量含量の合計が常に100重量%である 、 請求項8から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.(a1)、(a2)、(a3)、(b1)及び(b2)の性質と量を(a1)、(a2)、(a3)、(b1)及び (b2)から得られたポリアクリレート樹脂がヒドロキシル価0〜200、酸価20〜100 及びガラス転移温度-40℃〜+60℃を有する程度に選択する、 請求項8から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.ヒドロキシル価が60〜140であり、酸価が25〜50でありかつガラス転移温度 が-20℃〜+40℃である、 請求項13記載の方法。 15.段階A及びBの際に添加されたモノマーの少なくとも80重量%が反応した 後に段階Cによる反応を実施する、 請求項8から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.水性着色ラッカーの製造への、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の ポリウレタン改質されたポリアクリレートの使用。
