Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contamination of a decorative surface by the rust of a nail fixing a floor material onto a floor joist by interposing a sheet-shaped article having airtightness between the board of the floor material and the sliced-veneer decorative board of a surface. SOLUTION: The woody floor material is constituted in such a manner that a male tongue 4 and a female tongue 5 are formed to the end face of a woody board 2 such as plywood, a particle board, an MDF, etc., in thickness of approximately 5-12 mm and a sliced veneer 1 in thickness of approximately 0.2-1.0 mm is stuck onto a top face through a sheet-shaped article 3 in thickness of approximately 0.01-0.02 mm. The woody board 2 may also be configured by laminating the MDF on plywood through the sheet-shaped article 3. A synthetic resin sheet such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., having high airtightness is used as the sheet-shaped article 3. 期間経つと錆を生じ、この錆より生じる鉄分が突板のリ
グニンと反応して突板表面が黒変するという問題があっ
た。また、錆防止のためステンレスの釘を使用するとコ
ストが非常に高くなるという問題が生じる。
