【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。 （イ）対向する二枚の弾力性のある押え板（１）の後端

せ、内側に結合用小孔（６）をそれぞれ設ける。 （ハ）押え板（１）の結合用突起（５）をＵ字型クリッ
プ（２）の結合用小孔（６）に回動自在に嵌着する。 （ニ）二枚の押え板（１）の先端部に、互いに上下にず
らし内側に少し曲げた係止部（３）、（４）をそれぞれ
設け、該押え板（１）を閉じた状態で係止可能となるよ
うにする。 本発明は以上のような構成で、これを使用する時は、開
き終わった、牛乳などの紙パックの開口部を閉じ、押え
板（１）を開いた状態でＵ字型クリップ（２）で、紙パ
ック上辺の開いてない部分を挟み、押え板（１）を閉じ
て、紙パック上辺の一度開いた部分を両側より押え、図
３のように係止部（３）、（４）でこれを係止する。以
後、この紙パックの中身を取り出す時は、係止部
（３）、（４）を指で少し押してこれを外し、押え板
（１）を外へ開いて紙パックの口を開ける。使用後は再
び押え板（１）を閉じて紙パックの口を閉じる。なお、
押え板（１）後端をＵ字型クリップ先端で回動自在とす
るため、図４のようにＵ字型クリップの先端上下に結合
用突起を設け、押え板の後端上下を少し突出させ、内側
に結合用小孔を設けてもよく、又、結合用突起と結合用
小孔はＵ字型クリップと押え板にそれぞれ前記と逆のも
のを設けてもよい。さらに、図５のように押え板とＵ字
型クリップを一体成形とし境目に縦に切れ込みを入れて
もよい。又、係止部、（４）、（５）の形状としては、
図６のように凹部、凸部の嵌合によるもの、図７のよう
にフック状のものなどがある。又、押え板（１）後端を
図８のように外側に湾曲させたり、図９のように押え板
（１）全体を少し外側にそらせて、押え板が押し合った
状態で閉じるようにしておくと、よりしっかりと紙パッ
クの口を押さえておける。又、図１０のように、Ｕ字型
クリップの先を少し外側に広げておくと、紙パックの上

で係止可能とする、適当形状の係止部（３）、（４）を
