Description of the Related Art A general method of mounting a ceiling plate and a floor plate of a conventional wooden house will be briefly described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 shows a method of mounting a floor or ceiling plate (control panel) of a conventional wooden house. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a construction method, FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective view of a ceiling wall portion, and FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. In the figure, 1 is a pillar, 2 is a base, 3 is a beam or trunk, 4 is a transverse member, 6 is a stud, and 7 is a strut. By these, a wooden house is framed, and a frame is a strut 7 and the like. It is reinforced so that the frame is not distorted. In such a wooden house, the ceiling and floor generally have the ceiling plate 8 or floor plate 9 placed on the upper surface of the base 2, the beam 3 or the horizontal member as shown in FIGS. And the like, and is fixed to the base 2, the beam 3, the horizontal member 4, or the like.

In addition, the problem that reinforcement due to bracing becomes insufficient and columns and beams are damaged has become apparent. Furthermore, there is a problem in that mortar and the like provided on the outer structural plate material are cracked due to distortion of the skeleton, the appearance is deteriorated, and water is leaked from the cracked portion.

By inserting an outer structural plate into the cut, a load-bearing wall capable of more effectively utilizing the strength of the plate has been successfully developed, and has already been filed as Japanese Patent Application No. 8-6974. Since the plate itself fits into the notch around the side wall opening, the load-bearing wall can receive an external force over the entire periphery of the outer structural plate, and can effectively utilize the strength of the plate. In addition, since the plate material can prevent distortion of the frame, etc., it is possible to eliminate irregularity of the frame. However, the above-mentioned invention was made in consideration of strengthening only the wall structure of the wooden house, and thus the strength of the wooden house as a whole is not always sufficient.

In the present invention, a cut is formed in a base, a beam, or the like,
A ceiling plate or floor plate is inserted into the cut, and the ceiling plate or floor plate is positively used as a bearing member, thereby further increasing the strength of the wooden house and improving the vibration resistance of the wooden house.

FIG. 1B is a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. In the drawing, 1 is a column, 3 and 4 are horizontal members constituting a first-floor ceiling portion including beams, 5 is a joist bar, and 8 is a floor plate (control panel) on the second floor which closes the ceiling opening. As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), the beam 3 and the horizontal member 4 forming the periphery of the opening overlap with the control panel 8 by a predetermined width W and have a depth substantially equal to the plate thickness T of the control panel. (Sharpening) 10 are formed, and by these cuts, a fitting portion capable of fitting the entire circumference of the control panel is formed on the periphery of the opening after the shaft assembly. The notch formed in the beam or the like can be formed in the field, but can also be processed in a factory in advance. In this case, the notch can be formed simultaneously with other groove processing. This is very convenient in terms of work procedures.

As a result, the surface of the control panel and the upper surface of the beam or the like are substantially flush with each other, and further, the entire periphery of the control panel is fitted into the cut 10 with no gap. In this state, the nail 11 is driven, and the control panel 8 is fixed to the beams, the horizontal members 3 and 4 and the joist bar 5. Strength members such as braces other than beams and horizontal members are attached so as not to protrude beyond the cuts, and the control panel 8 is also fixed to such strength members with nails 11. Tatami or the like is laid on the control panel formed as described above.

The outer structural board, floor board, and ceiling board are tightly fitted into the cuts formed by the above, so that forces in various directions acting due to earthquakes, typhoons, etc. are received by the entire circumference of the floor board and ceiling board. And can contribute to an increase in the strength of the structure. In addition, floor board material, ceiling board material will play the role of strength members such as conventional bracing,
The bending of the beam and the distortion of the frame are unlikely to occur, and the durability of the wooden house is significantly improved.
