Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely minimize the generated of noise by providing an inlet port for introducing generated connected oxygen to a humidifying device, a discharge port to a supplying means, a vessel containing water for humidification, and a spraying means for spraying the water collected within the vessel, thereby humidifying the oxygen into the vessel. SOLUTION: A humidifying device in oxygen concentrating device has an inlet port 1 to concentrated oxygen, a discharge port 2, a humidifying water vessel 3, a Venturi pipe 4, a humindiflying water inlet pipe 5, a water vessel lid 6 and a humidifying water 7. The concentrated oxygen introduced through the inlet port 1 for concentrated oxygen is raised in flow velocity and reduced in pressure in the a straw part by the Venturi effect effect of the Venturi pipe 4. Therefore, the water is sucked through the inlet pipe and mixed with the condensed oxygen, whereby the condensed oxygen is humidified. 加湿装置は、水面で気泡が破裂する際のいわゆるブクブ
ク音が発生する。酸素濃縮装置は主に在宅治療用として
使用されるため、これを使用する患者にとっては、少々
の音でも夜間の睡眠の時に安眠の妨げとなり、騒音上の
苦痛になっていた。この問題を解決するためには、水中
に酸素を吹き込むための導出管の先端に多孔質部材より
なるフィルターを設け、水中に吹き込む酸素の泡の大き
さを細かくしたり、加湿装置をボックス内に収納しカバ
ーで覆うなどの防音対策を施したりしていたが、完全に
騒音の発生を防げなかったり、騒音の発生を防げても装
置が大きくなったり、重くなったりしてしまっていた。

と、供給手段へ排出するための排出口と、加湿するため
の水を入れた容器と、該容器内で容器内に溜めた水を噴
霧することで容器内に導き入れた酸素を加湿するための
噴霧手段を有することを特徴とした加湿装置である。

湿するための水を入れた容器と、該容器内で容器内に溜
めた水を噴霧することで容器内に導き入れた酸素を加湿
するための噴霧手段を有することを特徴とした酸素濃縮
装置における加湿装置。
