路と兼用してなる内燃機関において、前記ボルト
頭部とシリンダヘツド上面との間に平ワツシヤを
介在させ、該平ワツシヤとシリンダヘツド上面と
の当接面に、前記潤滑油通路と外気側とを連通し
て潤滑油中の空気を抜くための溝部を形成したこ
