外周面に形成したラチエツト歯部に係脱可能なツ
ースと、巻取軸に巻かれたウエビングに圧接する
可動板とを、それぞれハウジングに回動可能に軸
支し、該可動板のシヤフトにレバーを設け、該レ
バーと前記ツースをスプリングで連結したことを
