ている。10はモータ取付台11に固着して蒸気
発生室を構成するスチームタンクで、外底部には
ヒータ12が装着され、中央部には回転軸9の軸
受部13が設けられている。14はホツパー3の
外底部に取付けたホツパー取付板であり、スチー
ムタンク10の上端部に設けた嵌合段部10aに
備えたパツキング15を介して気密的に着脱自在
に係合する。16は前記スチームタンク10に感
熱的に備えた温度調節器である。17はホツパー
3底部中央に開孔して回転軸9の貫通孔を兼ねる

し上り検知装置でホツパー内の蒸し上り検知と同
時に、制御部がモータを駆動させ、前記蓋開閉装
置を作動させ蓋を開放して糯米から蒸気と熱を逃
がすとともに羽根が回転することにより、「蒸す」
から「混練」までを途中に蓋を開放するという人
の操作を入れることなく一連して行うことがで
き、その操作性は一段と向上するものである。し
かも蓋を開放して「混練」を行うことにより蒸気
と熱を逃がしているため、おいしく腰のある餅を
