Abstract

PURPOSE:To previously ensure a car-to-car distance required for starting by mounting a movable obstacle at the fore and aft of a vehicle, thus projecting the obstacle on stoppage. CONSTITUTION:At the fore and aft of a vehicle 7, there is mounted movable obstacles 1, 2 and, by projecting the obstacles 1, 2 at the fore and aft of the vehicle 7, there is ensured a car-to-car distance required for starting even if the other vehicle is stopped close thereto. The movable obstacles 1, 2 can be stored after the vehicle is started. Thus, there is resolved such a problem that after the stoppage of the vehicle, the other vehicle is stopped at the fore and aft of the vehicle resulting in reducing the space required for starting and thus the vehicle can not be started until the other vehicle is moved.
