数個の内部電極を接合すると共に、交叉したどち

端部に形成された２個所の貫通端子用外部電極を
外周表面全面にわたつて設け、さらに前記２個所
の外部電極の間に、前記２個所の外部電極と一定
間隔を設け、接地端子用外部電極を外周表面全面
にわたつて設けた３端子一体形積層チツプコンデ
