房時、外枠2を植毛材3と断熱材4とによう被覆して冷

から、高発泡倍率による外郭部自体がすでに断熱材とし
て作用し、冷房時の結露を防止し、吹出グリルの大きさ
を空調システムの風量に合わせて自在に製作が可能とな
り、従来のように断熱材の貼付は作業が不要となう、貼
付は不均衡による商品性の低下もない。また、強度芯を
もつ外郭部よりなる外枠を一本の押出し成形によう構威
し、この成形品を切断し接着剤などで接着するのである
からコストも著しく低順となるなどの効果を有するもの
