Claims (19)
- 1.(a)アンモニウム塩、有機酸、金属イオンを錯化できる有機錯化剤、多価 アルコールおよび多糖類、これらの化合物は少なくとも1種のミネラルと反応す る、から成る群から選択した化合物の有効量の水性溶液を形成し (b)溶液の沸点以下の温度で化合物が少なくとも1種のミネラルと反応できる 十分な時間炭素質材料と溶液を接触させ、炭素質材料に含まれる少なくとも1種 のミネラルを選択的に除去又は化学的に改質し、そして(c)次に炭素質材料を 永で洗滌する、ことを特徴とする、少なくとも1種のミネラルを含有する炭素質 材料の品位向上方法。
- 2.工程(a),(b)および(c)は工程(a)の各繰返しに対し群から選択 した異る化合物を使用して引き続き反復する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.炭素質材料は石炭である、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 4.炭素質材料は溶液と接触させる前に粉砕する、請求項1から3のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。
- 5.炭素質材料は3mm末滿の粒度を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。
- 6.工程(c)は30〜45分間である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。
- 7.化合物は酢酸塩、硫酸塩、塩化物、クエン酸塩、水酸化物、炭酸塩、重炭酸 塩および蓚酸塩から選択したアンモニウム塩である、請求項1から6のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。
- 8.化合物はクエン酸、酢酸、アスコルビン酸、塩酸、蟻酸、ステアリン酸、琥 珀酸およびアジピン酸から選択した有機酸である、請求項1から6のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。
- 9.化合物はエチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸、エチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸の2ナ トリウム塩、8−ヒドロキシキノリンおよびメルカプトエタノールから選択した 金属カチオンを錯化できる有機錯化剤である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。
- 10.化合物はグリセロール、グリコール、エチレングリコール、プロピレング リコール、ソルビトール、マンニトールおよびスレイトールから選択した多価ア ルコールである、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 11.化合物はシュクロース、マルトース、デキストロース、ラクトース、澱粉 、グリコーゲン、セルロース、セルロース誘導体およびガラクトースから選択し た多糖類である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 12.少なくとも1種のミネラルは交換可能なミネラルおよび/又は長石ミネラ ルである、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 13.少なくとも1種のミネラルは硫酸塩ミネラルであり、化合物はアンモニウ ム塩である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 14.硝酸塩ミネラルは石膏およびバシナイトから選択する、請求項13記載の 方法。
- 15.少なくとも1種のミネラルはアルカリミネラルおよび/又はリン酸塩ミネ ラルであり、化合物は有機酸である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。
- 16.アルカリミネラルは方解石、ドロマイトおよび菱鉄鉱から選択する、請求 項15記載の方法。
- 17.少なくとも1種のミネラルは硫酸塩および/又はリン酸塩ミネラルおよび /又はアルカリ粘土であり、化合物は有機錯化剤であり、請求項1から6のいず れか1項に記載の方法。
- 18.少なくとも1種のミネラルは硫酸塩および/又はリン酸塩ミネラルおよび /又はアルカリ粘土であり、化合物は多価アルコールである、請求項1から6の いずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 19.請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造した場合の炭素質材料 。
