本考案は、磁性体からなるターンテーブル上に
載せられたデイスクが、下方からの弾性押上げ力
と上方に設けられた磁石の吸着力との相乗作用に
よりターンテーブルの回転中心に対して同心に位
置する自動調心機能を有するもので、詳しくはタ
ーンテーブル本体の回転軸心部に、該ターンテー
ブル本体と一体回転状態で上端ほど漸次小径のテ
ーパー周面を有する樹脂製デイスク装着用センタ
ースピンドルを設けてあるデイスクプレーヤー用

が必要であり、部品の管理等に困難を伴なう欠点

おいて、前記センタースピンドルにおけるテーパ
ー周面の周方向複数箇所に、自由状態においては
前記テーパー周面よりも大径にあつて、負荷作用
に伴なつて縮径側に弾性変形可能なデイスク受止
片を設けたという構成に特徴を有するものであ

上記の如き特徴構成を有する本考案に係るデイ
スクプレーヤー用ターンテーブルによる時は、デ
イスクをその中心孔周縁部がセンタースピンドル
のテーパー周面に接当支持されるように、ターン
テーブル本体の略中心位置に載せ付けると、該デ
イスクの重量(負荷)が周方向複数個のデイスク
受止片に均等に作用し、偏心や傾き等に起因して
他のものより大きな重量を受ける状態の受止片が
縮径側に弾性変形して全て受止片に対する付加重
量がバランスした状態で静止する。この状態にお
いてデイスクがターンテーブル本体の回転中心と
同心に載せ付けられるに至るのである。そして、
このような自動調心機能はデイスクの径およびそ
の中心孔径が或る範囲内のものにおいて同様に発

イスク装着用センタースピンドルであつて、該セ

ー周面2A及びモータ7から上向きに突出の駆動
回転軸4に圧入固定可能なボス部2Bとを有する
状態に、例えばエポキシ系樹脂など良流動性の反
応タイプ樹脂により成形されるものであり、この
センタースピンドル2の樹脂成形時において前記
ターンテーブル本体1がインサートされ、両者

のテーパー周面を構成する状態にあり、かつデイ
スクd装着時の負荷作用に伴なつて縮径側に弾性
変形可能であるべくその上端のみがセンタースピ
ンドル2に連設される状態で一体成形されてい
る。そして、ターンテーブル本体1の直上部位置
には、このターンテーブル本体1との間で磁気吸
着力を作用させるマグネツト8及び、そのホール
ダー9が設けられている。図中10は、デイスク
クランプアームであり、11はクランパーであ

させることで両者1,2を一体回転状態に組付け
たものであるが、この別実施例に比べて前者実施
例は部品点数が1点で済み組付け作業及び組付け

スプリングやその付勢力に対抗させる抜止めワツ
シヤー等が不要で、部品点数を従来に比して著し
く削減することができる。従つて、組付けが非常
に簡単なものになるばかりでなく、部品の製作加
工精度、組付け精度による所期性能への影響度が
極めて少なく、自動調心性能に優れたものを容易
かつ安価に構成できる。更に、スライドなどの可
動部品がないため、部品管理等も非常に楽であ
