Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a similar cleaning performance without requiring for a worker to enter a water tank to carry out tank cleaning by a method wherein a flexible film is formed into a shape having nearly the same dimensions as the internal dimensions of a water tank, and mounted inside the water tank. CONSTITUTION:A material which is flexible, waterproof and hard to lose its shape is formed into a bag-like main body 11 of an inner-liner pouch 10. The shape and dimensions of the main body 11 is nearly the same as the interior shape and dimensions of a water tank 1 in which the inner-linear pouch is attached. On the main body 11, an outlet nozzle 12 and drain nozzles 13 are formed in one piece with the main body at positions corresponding to those of an outlet nozzle 3 and drain nozzles 4 of the water tank 1, and the nozzles 12 and 13 have sizes so that they are inserted through the nozzles 3 and 4 respectively. The inner-liner pouch 10 has an outside dimensions so that it comes into close contact with the inner wall of the water tank by the pressure of supplied water when it is attached in the water tank 1.

Further, the upper part of the tank body 2 is open, and is normally used with a lid (not shown) covered or left open. Further, the side wall of the tank body 2 is provided with an outlet 3 for taking out water in the tank and an outlet 4 for discharging water exceeding a specified level to the outside of the tank. Further, the inside and outside of the tank body 2 are coated with paint or the like to prevent rust from forming.

However, such water tanks are subject to administrative regulations to ensure hygiene and safety, and it is prohibited to stop taking out water from the tank and periodically (for example, once a year) enter the inside. Cleaning and inspection work is required to remove deposits (scale, etc.) and suspended matter (dust, etc.) from internal walls.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] When cleaning a water tank as described above, a worker enters the tank and manually uses a cleaning tool such as a brush, which reduces the tank capacity. The larger the number, the more time it takes to complete the process, which inconveniences the user during this time.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a box-shaped water tank in which water is supplied and drained, using a film-like flexible material to adjust the size of the water tank and its internal dimensions. They are machined to have approximately the same external dimensions and shape, and are designed to be installed inside the water tank.

[Function] According to the above means, an inner bag having substantially the same internal dimensions and shape as the water tank is installed in the water tank so that water does not come into contact with the inner wall of the water tank, and the water tank has a double structure. A state equivalent to that is formed. Therefore, limescale etc. adhere to the inner surface of the inner bag, and can be inspected and inspected simply by removing the inner bag.
Cleaning work is completed and water supply outage time can be shortened.

As shown in FIG. 1, the inner bag body 10 is made of a material that is flexible and water resistant and does not easily lose its shape (for example, a polymeric material such as a synthetic resin film), and has a main body part shaped like a bag. 11 have been processed. Its shape and size are made approximately equal to the internal dimensions of the water tank to which it is applied. In addition, the main body part 11 has holes corresponding to the intake port 3 and the discharge port 4 of the water tank 1.

A take-out part 12 and a discharge part 13, which can be inserted into each of them, are integrally formed in the main body part 11 at the same position as the take-out port 3 and the discharge port 4.

The inner bag body 10 is set to have an outer dimension such that when it is attached to the water tank l, it can come into close contact with the inner wall of the water tank l due to the water pressure of the water supplied therein.

If the outer dimensions of the inner bag lO are smaller than the inner dimensions of the water tank l, there is a risk that the inner bag 10, which has insufficient strength, will be torn by the water pressure of the water inside the inner bag lO.

In addition, the wall thickness of the main body portion 11 is as described above (water tank 1
(inner dimension) # (outer dimension of the inner bag body 10), there is no fear that the inner bag body 10 will be torn. Therefore, it is sufficient that the main body part 11 is strong enough not to break when attaching and detaching it to the water tank l.Furthermore, when processing the main body part 11, in order to maintain sealing properties, it is preferable to manufacture the product without any joints. Although this is desirable, the corner portions are actually joined by thermocompression bonding 14. Note that adhesive tape or the like may be used instead of thermocompression bonding.

Next, a method of attaching the above-described embodiment to the water tank 1 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. Here, it is assumed that the inner bag lO is selected to have a size that matches the internal dimensions of the water tank l to which it is to be attached.

When attaching the inner bag body 10 to the water tank l, first insert the entire inner bag body 10 into the water tank l, and then insert the inner bag body 10 into the water tank l.
2 to match the tank body 2 of the water tank 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the take-out part 12 of the inner bag 10 is inserted into the tank body 2 of the water tank 1, and each of the discharge parts 13 of the inner bag 10 is inserted into the outlet 4. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the bottom and side surfaces of the inner bag 10 are brought into close contact with the bottom and side surfaces of the water tank 1.

As a result, when water is supplied to the inner bag 1O, the inner bag 1
The outer surface of 0 comes into contact with the inner surface of water tank 1, creating the same situation as if a film had been formed on the inner wall of water tank 1.

Therefore, limescale and the like that have conventionally been formed on the inner wall of the water tank 1 will be formed on the inner surface of the inner bag body 10 and will not be formed on the inner wall surface of the water tank 1.

Therefore, when the periodic inspection arrives, the inner bag body 10
By simply removing the water tank 1 from the water tank 1, there is no need to inspect or clean the water tank 1. Next, after removing the inner bag 10 from the water tank 1, a new inner bag 10 is attached to the water tank 1, thereby completing the inspection and cleaning work.

In this way, the work is completed by simply attaching the inner bag body 10 and replacing the inner bag body 10 during periodic inspection, etc., so the time required for the work can be extremely shortened, and there is no burden on the user. There is no

In addition, in the above embodiment, the outlet 3 and the outlet 4
Although the water tank 1 having the following is targeted, the number and position of these will vary depending on the installation conditions and the contents of the equipment, and the shape of the inner bag 10 will also be uniquely determined accordingly.

In addition, if the water tank l is large, processing it into a single bag shape increases the risk of breakage, etc., so it is recommended to use multiple partitions (for example, a honeycomb shape, but at least part of the space between the partitions is It is better to make it a continuous communication).

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the protruding parts such as the take-out part 12 are simply inserted into the take-out port 3, but a fixture (for example, a washer, a fastener, etc.) for fixing the inner bag lO to the wall of the water tank l is used. A cap, etc.) may be provided.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, in a box-shaped metal water tank through which water is supplied and drained, a film-like flexible material is used to provide a water tank with approximately the same internal dimensions as the water tank. Since the inner bag body, which has been processed to the desired shape and outer dimensions, is installed inside the water tank, limescale etc. adhere to the inner surface of the inner bag body, and inspection and cleaning work can be carried out simply by removing the dirty inner bag body. This makes it possible to shorten the water supply stop time. As a result,
This does not cause any inconvenience to the user, and improves work efficiency and safety.
