もあつた。<Conventional technology and problems> Conventionally, there were no balloons of this kind. Therefore, it is necessary to insert an endoscope into a blood vessel or organ, illuminate the inside with a light guide at the tip, and use an objective lens to observe and diagnose affected areas such as bleeding sites or lesions. Treatment was performed by inserting an optical fiber through a hole for inserting a treatment tool and irradiating the affected area with a laser beam, but because the light guide, objective lens, or optical fiber at the tip is exposed, secretions and blood may be exposed. There was also a risk that foreign matter from within the body would adhere and become contaminated, making it difficult to see the affected area or that irradiation would not be sufficient.

It has a substantially cylindrical shape of approximately 17.0 mm and is in close contact with the distal end b of the endoscope B. On the other hand, a thick constriction 3 or a reinforcing protrusion 4 is formed as a hollow part, and the fixing part 1 An inflatable part 2 with a larger diameter than the above is provided in the same body, and the distal end part b of the endoscope B is inserted into this fixing part 1 from the open part and tied with surgical thread or coated with adhesive. It is fixed to the tip b using any means.

Or, the main body A is a substantially spherical body or a bulging body that is elastic and expandable and is formed through reinforcing protrusions 4.
When covered and fixed to the tip b of endoscope B, it protrudes from the tip and expands to an appropriate size by injecting physiological saline through the channel or air supply port of the endoscope. Assuming that the inner diameter X in the state before inflation is approximately 2.0 to 35.0 mm,
The diameter is larger than the inner diameter Y of the tube, and an appropriate size is selected depending on the location where diagnosis and treatment will be performed. This expansion section 2 is expanded by injecting physiological saline to further improve transparency and also improve the transmission of laser beams such as Yag Greaser, Angone laser, Angone dye laser, etc. Moreover, this bulge presses a bleeding site or lesion, widens a stenotic part, or comes into close contact with the inner surface of a blood vessel to stop the flow of blood. In addition, as shown in the figure, the expansion part 2 is formed by providing a constricted part 3 with a thicker wall than the fixed part and the expansion part between the fixed part 1 and by forming a reinforcing protrusion 4. It is extremely easy to inflate, and it also inflates reliably, resulting in great shape retention.
Further, it is optional to separately form a tear-preventing coating on the top surface of the inflatable portion 2.

0.7-1.5 parts by weight, powder vulcanization accelerator 0.2-0.5 parts by weight, vulcanization accelerator 0.5-2.0 parts by weight, anti-aging agent 0.5-0.
In a solution containing 2.0 parts by weight, dip a production mold having the same shape as main body A, that is, the part that will become the expanding part is larger in diameter than the part that will become the fixed part, with the expanding part facing downward. After tightening, the mold is pulled out, natural rubber is attached to the mold, and dried to form a transparent stretchable thin film with a film thickness of 0.10 to 0.40 mm, in which the fixing part 1 and the expanding part 2 are integrated. The film thickness on the top surface of the expanded portion becomes thick.

By attaching it to the distal end of the endoscope, the light guide, objective lens, optical fiber, etc. are protected and can fully perform their functions without getting blood or secretions attached. In addition, by injecting physiological saline through the endoscope channel or air/water supply port, the inflatable part can be inflated even more easily. observation and diagnosis or treatment can be carried out easily and reliably. Therefore, when diagnosing and treating affected areas such as esophageal varices or bleeding sites or lesions in the stomach or duodenum, it acts as a filter even after a meal, preventing food from getting in the way, and pressing the affected area to prevent bleeding. It is possible to suppress the bleeding, stop the bleeding, or widen the narrowed area for treatment. In addition, it is possible to treat affected areas in various organs by irradiating laser beams such as YAG laser, Angone laser, and Angone dye laser that pass through optical fibers to stop bleeding and cauterize lesions, and as a laser therapy for organs. It is particularly effective and can also be used to inject or administer medication to the affected area, making it useful for providing new treatment methods.
