In order to simultaneously store different types of liquids in one tank, various types of so-called different liquid storage tanks have been proposed, which have a plurality of compartment storage chambers inside the tank.
and is being implemented. The structure of these tanks is one in which the inside of tank A is divided by a plurality of plane partition plates B, as shown in Figure 6 A, and the inside of tank A is divided by curved partition plates C, as shown in Figure 6 B. thing,
Furthermore, as shown in Figure C, the inside of the tank A is partitioned by a combination of a flat partition plate D and a curved partition plate E, and as shown in Figure D, the inside of the tank A is divided by a wavy partition plate F. Tanks with so-called steel partition plate structures, such as those with partitioned sections, and tanks with A tank A, as shown in Figure E.
A tank A whose interior is divided by a diaphragm made of a flexible material G such as rubber, or a tank A in which a bag H made of a flexible material is housed in a tank A, as shown in FIG. As shown, there are known partitions partitioned by a combination of a steel partition plate I and a diaphragm J made of a flexible material.

Conventional compartment tanks as described above have the following problems. In other words, in structures that are partitioned by various partition plates, the partition plates are directly fixed to the bottom plate, so when this is applied to a large tank, the ability of the bottom plate to follow uneven settlement of the foundation may be affected. Since the partition plates are restricted, there is a potential risk of causing a major accident in which the liquid content leaks due to cracks, etc., and the cost is high because many reinforcing members are required for the partition plates. In addition, diaphragm and bag-type products made of flexible materials such as rubber,
Creases occur due to a decrease in the amount of liquid stored,
If this comes into contact with surrounding rigid bodies, obstacles, or protrusions (side walls, internal piping, etc.), and if the generated gas is not properly vented, excessive expansion force will act, causing wear and tear damage or tearing. For hazardous materials storage tanks such as petroleum storage tanks, the uneven settlement and corrosion status of the bottom plate and annual plate must be inspected according to the legal tank capacity, and if corrosion is severe, partial repair or complete replacement must be performed. Therefore, in the case of compartment structures that are directly welded to the bottom plate or installed on the bottom plate, it is necessary to cut and separate each time, and curing or restoration requires a large amount of cost.

The liquid storage tank according to this invention has a plurality of concentric cylindrical storage chambers defined inside a flat-bottomed cylindrical tank by bulkheads and partition walls fixedly supported on the inner surface of the side wall of the tank regardless of the bottom plate. The main point is that it has been established.

The tank in this idea is one tank with two
Of course, it is possible to store more than one type of liquid, but in particular, the weight of the liquid stored in each storage chamber divided and arranged on the inner periphery of the cylindrical tank 1, which is the main body, is The ability of the bottom plate to follow the uneven settlement of the foundation is not restricted.

Figures 1a and 1b show an embodiment of this invention, illustrating a structure capable of storing two types of liquids. That is, in this invention, the cylindrical partition wall 7 is attached to the inner surface of the side wall 3 of the flat-bottomed cylindrical tank 1 at a certain distance without being welded or in contact with the bottom plate 2, in consideration of replacement work due to corrosion of the bottom plate 2. and,
A partitioning partition wall 4 consisting of a conical partition wall 8 following this is provided to form a plurality of storage chambers 6 in which different types of liquids can be stored simultaneously. In addition, a manhole/nozzle 9 is provided at the lowest possible position of the conical partition wall 8, and liquid discharge ports 10, 11 are provided in each storage chamber 6 of the side wall 3.
Furthermore, other accessories 12 such as nozzles necessary for operation and maintenance are provided on the side wall 3, the cylindrical partition wall 7, and the roof 13.

Further, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b, polygonal partition walls 15 and 1 are used instead of the cylindrical partition wall 7 and the conical partition wall 8.
This shows a case where the partition wall 4 is configured with 6, and this structure enables a panel construction method. The embodiment shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b is the same as the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 except that a ceiling plate 17 is provided.
This is employed, for example, when it is required to prevent mixing of gases between stored liquids.

As explained above, this design consists of partitioning concentric cylindrical storage chambers inside the side wall of a flat-bottomed cylindrical tank, regardless of the bottom plate, so that two or more types of liquid can be stored in one tank. Needless to say, compared to conventional compartmentalized tanks, there is no uneven settling of the annual plate and bottom plate, inspection of corrosion status, partial repair or complete replacement work is easier and construction costs are lower. In addition, this design allows for the storage of a large amount of one type of liquid to be handled due to an increase in demand even though the tank is divided, by opening the manhole/nozzle 9 to connect all compartment storage chambers. In particular, it is suitable as a storage tank where the demand for oils such as petroleum tends to fluctuate rapidly, and it can be expected to improve the operating rate.
