【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は電線接続部を有するコンタクトに関す

従来のこの種コンタクトの一例としてのピンコ
ンタクトには、第1図および第2図に示すような
ものが知られている。すなわち、接続対象である
ソケツトコンタクトに挿入して接触させる接触部
1と、電線2を接続する電線接続部3と、ハウジ
ング4に係止するための係止部5とからなり、電
線接続部3に電線2の芯線部2aを半田6付けし
た後、接触部1をハウジング2のピン穴7の一端
側から圧入して他端側に突出させ、係止部5の抜
け止め片5aを係止穴8に、係止突起5bを係止
溝9の端部にそれぞれ係止させてハウジング4内
に取付けるようにしたものである。このような従
来のピンコンタクトに電線接続部3は、底板3a
と、この底板3aの両側縁から直角に連接された
相対向する側壁3b,3bとで形成されていただ
けなので、電線2を電線接続部3に仮止めできな
かつた。このため半田6付けの際、電線2と電線
接続部3との位置合わせが不安定になり、両者
2,3を半田6付けして固定するまでの作業が面

接続部を構成し、前記側壁と切起し片との間に前
記電線を圧入して仮止めできるようにしたことを

コンタクト10は黄銅などの導電材の外面に錫メ
ツキなどを施こして一体に形成されている。前記
ピンコンタクト10は、先端を閉塞した円筒状の
接触部11と、この接触部11の他端に連接され
た抜け止め片15aと係止突起15bからなる係
止部15と、この係止部15に連設された本考案
に特有の電線接続部13とからなつている。前記
電線接続部13は、底板13aと、この底板13
aの両側縁に鋭角(例えば70度)をもつて連接さ
れた側壁13b,13bと、前記底板13aから
上部に向つて切り起こされた三角形状の切起し片
13cとからなり、前記側壁13b,13bの上
端は、第4図に示すようにその中央部13dが互
いに突き合わされるとともに、この突き合わせ中
央部13dの前後には切欠き部13e,13fが
形成される。前記底板13aと側壁13b,13
bと切欠き部13eとによつて囲まれた空間部は
電線2の挿入口20を形成している。この挿入口
20から、電線2が図中の矢印方向に向つて圧入
されると、電線2の芯線部2aが切起し片13c
を押圧しつつ進入し、第6図および第7図に示す
ように電線2の被覆部2bが側壁13b,13b
の内面に当接するとともに、その芯線部2aが切
起し片13cによつて押圧仮止される。このよう
に、電線2が電線接続部13に仮止めされた後、
芯線部2aと電線接続部13とは切欠き部13f
からの半田6付けによつて電気的に完全に接続さ
れる。なお、第6図および第7図において、電線
2をさらに圧入した場合には、電線2の被覆部2
bが側壁13b,13bと切起し片13cとによ
