Description
[産業上の利用分野]
本発明は化粧持ちの良い化粧料に関するもので
ある。
[従来の技術]
従来、化粧料において化粧くずれをおさえる方
法としては、レプリン酸またはその塩を配合する
ことにより皮脂分泌を抑える方法(特開昭59−
164712)や球状多孔性樹脂粉体を配合することに
より汗、皮脂を吸収する方法(特開昭55−
172580)等が知られている。
しかしながら、従来の技術では、化粧持ちはあ
る程度は良くなるが、かならずしも十分満足でき
るものではなかつた。
[発明が解決しようとする問題点]
本発明者等は、こうした事情に鑑み、十分に化
粧持ちの良い化粧料を得るべく鋭意研究を重ねた
結果、活性亜鉛華と、ピリドキシン及び/又はそ
の誘導体とを併用して化粧料中に配合したなら
ば、化粧持ちが格段に優れた化粧料が得られるこ
とをに見い出し、この知見に基づいて本発明を完
成するに至つた。
[問題点を解決するための手段]
すなわち、本発明は、活性亜鉛華と、ピリドキ
シン及び/又はその誘導体とを含有することを特
徴とする化粧料である。
以下、本発明の構成について詳述する。
本発明でいう活性亜鉛華とは、湿式法で製造さ
れる亜鉛華を指し、たとえば、硫酸亜鉛(酸化亜
鉛)溶液とソーダ灰溶液とを反応させ、反応生成
物を焼成して粉砕することによつて得られる。か
かる活性亜鉛華は乾式法等で得られる従来化粧料
分野において用いられていた亜鉛華に比して比表
面積が大きい、従来の亜鉛華の比表面積は一般的
に15m2/g未満であるが、本発明に係る活性亜鉛
華のそれは25m2/g以上が普通である。
なお、上記のように製造された活性亜鉛華にあ
つては、焼成条件によつて塩基性炭酸亜鉛が一部
残存してくることがある。本発明の化粧料にあつ
ては、該塩基性炭酸亜鉛の残存が余り多いと化粧
持ち効果が十分に発揮されないことがある。好ま
しい活性亜鉛華としては、酸化亜鉛換算量
(JISK1410)が、75〜100重量%のものを挙げる
ことができる。
活性亜鉛華の配合量は、化粧料全量中に0.1〜
50重量%配合するのが望ましい。配合量が0.1%
未満では、化粧持ちの改良効果が薄れる場合があ
り、逆に50%を超えると得られる化粧料が粉つぽ
くなり、のびが重く使用感が悪くなる場合があ
る。
上記活性亜鉛華を市販品に求めるならば、たと
えば、正同化学製の活性亜鉛華アゾー、アゾー
B、堺化学製のZINCA#20等がある。
本発明に使用される活性亜鉛華は、そのまま化
粧料に配合しても良いが、好ましくは活性亜鉛華
を球状粉体に被覆してから配合する。球状粉体と
しては、有機粉末としてポリアミド樹脂、ポリエ
チレン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、
フツ素樹脂、セルロース系樹脂等、無機粉体とし
て二酸化チタン、カオリン、炭酸カルシウル等が
挙げられる。
これらの球状粉体は使用感、仕上り等の点から
平均粒径1μ〜30μであることが好ましい。
球状粉体に活性亜鉛華を被覆する方法として
は、有機溶媒中に活性亜鉛華と球状粉体を入れド
ライアツプする湿式法、ボールミルなどの中で活
性亜鉛華と球状粉体を入れ混合圧縮する乾式法が
ある。
活性亜鉛華と球状粉体の混合量は、特に限定は
ないが、活性亜鉛華に対し球状粉末の量が多けれ
ば短時間で処理が終るが球状粉体を完全に被覆す
ることができず、また、球状粉末の量が少ないと
処理時間は長くなり、球状粉体を完全に被覆でき
るが活性亜鉛華が球状粉体に付着せずに残つてし
まう場合がある。従つて、活性亜鉛華と球状粉末
の比率は重量比で1:99〜20:8程度が好まし
い。
このように活性亜鉛華を球状粉末上に被覆する
と、のびがよくなつて活性亜鉛華が皮膚に均一に
塗布されるため化粧持ち効果が更に改良される。
本発明で使用するピリドキシン誘導体は例え
ば、ジパルミチン酸ピリドキシン、グリチルレチ
ン酸ピリドキシン、ジラウリン酸ピリドキシン、
トリパルミチン酸ピリドキシン、ジカプリル酸ピ
リドキシン、ピリドキシン塩酸塩等がある。
本発明で使用されるピリドキシン及び/又はそ
の誘導体は粉末として配合しても、化粧料中に用
いられる油分に溶解して配合しても良い。配合量
は0.01〜15重量%が好ましく、特に好ましくは
0.05〜5重量%である。0.01%未満では化粧持ち
改良効果が薄れる場合があり、15重量%を超える
とのびが重くなり使用上の点で問題がある場合が
あり好ましくない。
本発明に係る化粧料には他の汎用成分を配合す
ることができる。
例えば、タルク、カオリン、セリサイト、白雲
母、合成雲母、金雲母、紅雲母、黒雲母、リチア
雲母、バーミキユライト、炭酸マグネシウム、炭
酸カルシウム、珪ソウ土、ケイ酸マグネシウム、
ケイ酸カルシウム、ケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸
バリウム、硫酸バリウム、ケイ酸ストロンチウ
ム、タングステン酸金属塩、シリカ、ヒドロキシ
アパタイト、ゼオライト、窒化ホウ素、セラミク
スパウダー等の無機粉末、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリ
エチレン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹
脂、フツ素樹脂、セルロース系樹脂等の有機粉
体、酸化チタン、酸化亜鉛等の無機白色顔料、酸
化鉄(ベンガラ)、チタン酸鉄等の無機赤色系顔
料、γ−酸化鉄等の無機褐色系顔料、黄酸化鉄、
黄土等の無機黄色顔料、黒酸化鉄、カーボンブラ
ツク等の無機黒色系顔料、マンゴバイオレツト、

[発明の効果]
本発明の化粧料は、化粧くずれがなく、化粧持
ちの良い化粧料である。
[実施例]
以下に本発明の実施例をあげ、その効果を詳細
に説明する。本発明はこれら実施例に限定される
ものではない。配合量は重量%である。

先ず、セリサイト100部にメチルヘイドロジエ

ルミナボール(日本化学陶業HDアルミナボー
ル)を充填した回転式ボールミル
(ヤマト科学製ユニバーサルボールミル)中に
て14時間混合圧縮した。この複合粉体は球状で、
ナイロン12球状粉体が活性亜鉛華粉末に完全に被
覆されている(5)の活性亜鉛華被覆ナイロン12を得
た。
次に実施例1〜6、比較例1〜3の製造法を述
べる。
1、2、3、4、5、6、7をヘンシエルミキ
サーで混合し、これに9、10、11、12、13、14、
15、16を加熱混合したものを吹き付け、混合後粉
砕し、中皿に成型し、両用フアンデーシヨンを得
た。
実施例1、2、3、4、5および6と比較例
1、2および3のパネル20名による使用テスト結
果を表2に示す。テストは官能評価により行い1
〜5の5段階の評価を行つた。
