The survival rate for severe burn injuries is low, and according to data, there are no intensive care facilities for severe burns in Japan, despite the fact that over 3,000 people die each year. In Japan, patients with extensive burns are housed in tertiary emergency facilities in the same way as trauma and other emergency patients. Once patients with extensive burns are hospitalized, it can take several months before they can be discharged, so burn patients occupy beds in emergency facilities for long periods of time, hindering the treatment of non-burn emergency patients.
Once burn patients have passed the acute stage, specialized skills and knowledge are required to treat them, and not all emergency facilities have specialists in burn treatment, so appropriate and consistent treatment is not always provided. The current situation is that there is no such thing.

The purpose of this invention is to address the current inconsistency in medical technology and facilities that occurs when severe burn patients are admitted to emergency facilities, and to solve the problem of inconsistencies in medical technology and facilities that occur when severe burn patients are admitted to emergency facilities. To provide an intensive burn treatment facility that eliminates the drawbacks of efficiency and effectively treats hospitalized patients with severe burns through specialized treatment and in an environment suitable for the patients.

る設備が必要である。 The current mainstream treatment for burns is closed therapy, which involves applying a bandage or gauze to the affected area to prevent microbial infection, but it has the drawback of causing pain to the patient when changing the bandage. On the other hand, open therapy, in which the burn area is exposed to air and dried, facilitates skin regeneration, but requires a sterile room and technology to control temperature and humidity to prevent infection. Specialized treatment requires more than a doctor's medical skills alone. In order to support medical technology, we must not only ensure temperature and humidity conditions suitable for each patient and a sterile space, but also provide support for patients with infectious diseases who already have an infectious disease such as hepatitis or an infectious disease and who have suffered burns. Equipment is needed to control and ensure air flow within facilities housing severely burned patients in order to isolate them and prevent infection between patients.

This invention aims to efficiently treat a large number of severe burn patients with a small number of doctors specializing in burns, by placing multiple beds in a hospital room and surrounding each bed with movable partitions that can be seen through. , a critical care room equipped with an air conditioner with a sterilization filter that regulates the temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and positive/negative pressure in the partitioned space, which accommodates patients with severe burns and infections. Airtightly enclosed with fixed partitions,
An infectious disease room equipped with an air conditioner with a sterilization filter to maintain indoor temperature, humidity, and cleanliness, and an exhaust fan to maintain a negative pressure inside the room relative to the outside; The hydrotherapy room is equipped with an air conditioner with a sterilization filter to maintain temperature, humidity, and cleanliness, and an exhaust fan to maintain a negative pressure inside the room relative to the outside, and is surrounded by airtight fixed partitions. , a sterile room equipped with an air conditioner with a sterilization filter to maintain indoor temperature, humidity, and cleanliness, and an operating room. Corridors and nursing centers that are cleaned with air blown through sterilization filters, toilets and waste rooms that are arranged to maintain indoor cleanliness using surplus air from rooms other than infectious disease rooms.
In addition to maintaining positive pressure in the equipment room, recording room, and duty room, and supplying fresh air to residents,
In order to ensure the cleanliness, temperature and humidity of the nursing center, an air conditioning machine room is installed with an air conditioner that supplies outside air whose temperature and humidity have been adjusted in advance, and an exhaust fan that discharges excess air from each room that does not have an exhaust fan. According to the present invention, where cleanliness is not controlled, an aerodynamic chamber is organically arranged and configured at the entrance to the facility from outside the facility to maintain the cleanliness of the facility.

Patients admitted to the critical care room 1 and the sterile room 7 pass through the hallway 11 and use the toilet 6, but excess clean air flows in the direction of the toilet 6 and the waste treatment room 5. Since the air is exhausted from the toilet 5, the cleanliness inside the toilet 6 is as high as that of the corridor 11, and the risk of infection to patients walking outside the hospital room is low.

The temperature, humidity, and cleanliness of the enclosed space are adjusted by an air conditioner 17 with a sterilization filter and a temperature controller 22 in accordance with the treatment conditions of the patient in the hospital bed. Doctors and nurses who perform medical treatment can observe the condition of the patient from the outside through the movable partition 2, and since there is no need to open the partition unnecessarily, the patient's treatment environment is less likely to be disturbed. Furthermore, since a plurality of patients are housed in one room, doctors and nurses can efficiently patrol the patients.
