脂シートに含浸して発泡合成樹脂シートに硬質の
含浸部が形成され、且つパツド材と一体化されて
いることを特徴とする。

発泡合成樹脂シート18に含浸して発泡合成樹脂
シート18に硬質の含浸部30が形成される。こ
の含浸部30により振動体ユニツト17の振動効
果がより一層高まることとなる。尚本実施例では
発泡合成樹脂シート18の外周部を除く位置のフ
イルム19に穴部29を形成したが、外周部に穴
部29を形成するものであつてもよく、またフイ
ルム19を用いずに発泡合成樹脂シート18に硬
質の含浸部30を形成するのに、フイルム19に
穴部29を設けないで、発泡合成樹脂シート18
全体に発泡合成樹脂の原液を直接的に含浸させて
もよく、要は、発泡合成樹脂シート18を硬質と
したい部分に発泡合成樹脂の原液を含浸させるよ
うに形成すればよいものである。

成樹脂シートに含浸して発泡合成樹脂シートに硬
質の含浸部が形成されるので振動体ユニツトの振
動効果をより高められ、経済性に優れたシートの
振動体取付構造を得ることが出来る。
