本考案は、金属ストリツプコイルを梱包すると
きに、該コイルの端縁部に使用し、内装材である
防錆紙や防水材が破損されることを防水するため

(従来の技術)
金属ストリツプコイルの梱包は、防錆紙、防湿
紙等の梱包紙やポリエチレンシート等の防水材か
らなる内装材で金属ストリツプコイルを包み、そ
の外側に外装鉄板を当て、バンドで結束して、外
装鉄板がコイルの端面にフイツトするように木槌
でたたいて梱包を完了する。しかし、バンド引締
めの際、内装材が金属ストリツプの端縁により破
損し、破損個所から水や湿気が浸入し錆が生じ

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
金属ストリツプコイルの梱包を手作業で行う場
合は、帯状の板の両端を第2図に示すように粘着
テープ4で止めて金属ストリツプコイル1に固定
し帯状の板を金属ストリツプコイルの端縁部に当
てがい、その外側を梱包紙で覆つている。この
際、金属ストリツプコイルの外周および側面に当
てがつた帯状の板2が緩み第3a図に示すように
浮き上つたり、第3b図に示すように帯状の板の
切端3がコイルの側面から浮き上つたりするの
で、手直ししながらその外側を梱包紙で覆う必要
があつた。そのため、作業者の負担が増大した

にあるいは部分的に加熱して重ね合せたり、
(2) 接着剤で、帯状の板に熱収縮フイルムを全体
的にあるいは部分的に貼付けたり、
(3) 熱収縮フイルムが金属ストリツプコイルに対
して外側になるように帯状の板に単に重ねる方
法を採用でき、帯状の板に熱収縮フイルムを重
ね合せる際には、熱収縮フイルムの中心が帯状
の板の中心にほぼ一致するように重ね合せる。
また熱収縮フイルムの幅は、帯状の板の幅の1/

ルムの収縮力により金属ストリツプコイルに密着
させる。あるいは、第1b図に示すように直角に
折り曲げてから金属ストリツプコイルの外周端縁
部、内周端縁部に巻き付け粘着テープ等で止めた
後に加熱して、熱収縮フイルムの収縮力により金
