(Prior art) In recent years, enamel whiteboards or so-called whiteboards have been introduced instead of blackboards, and electronic blackboards that can extract characters, figures, etc. written on the whiteboard as electrical signals and display or copy them on another device. It's also on the market.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, with whiteboards, if you want to record the written content such as letters and figures written on it, you have to copy it onto a separate sheet of paper, which is a hassle. Moreover, electronic blackboards can copy the written content as is, eliminating the need for writing, but they have the disadvantage of being extremely expensive. Both of them have the disadvantage that they are relatively large items and cannot be easily moved or carried around.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is very easy to carry or carry, and the written content can be written like a whiteboard. To provide a new writing laminate which can preserve the written content itself as it is without having to copy it separately even when recording, and can update the written surface one after another.

In other words, the gist of the present invention is as follows:
The base material is made by extrusion coating polyolefin on the fluffed side of single gloss paper, and multiple sheets of this are laminated so that each base material can be peeled off, with the resin coated side facing up, and the bottom layer is single gloss paper. This writing laminate is characterized in that a polyolefin layer is extrusion coated on the glossy side of the paper in a temporarily attached state, and a release paper is bonded to the polyolefin layer via an adhesive layer.

Here, single-glazed paper is basically paper that has a glossy surface on one side and a fluffy surface on the other side, and is not necessarily limited to those sold commercially under the name single-glazed paper. It is particularly desirable that the paper color be white or white. Further, as the polyolefin for extrusion coating, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene or polymethylpentene can be used. Furthermore, as the adhesive, for example, vinyl acetate or ethylene-
Vinyl acetate-based material may be used, and commercially available release paper (for example, silicone-coated release paper) may be used.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 indicates the laminate of the present invention, which consists of a base material 2 in which a polyolefin 4 is extrusion coated on the fluffed side of a white glossy paper 3, and two layers (usually Approximately three to five layers 5) are laminated in a peelable manner for each base material. And 5 is the bottom layer single gloss paper (in this case, the bottom layer base material single gloss paper)
The polyolefin layer is extrusion-coated in a temporarily attached state on the glossy surface of the polyolefin layer, and a release paper 7 is further bonded to the surface of the polyolefin layer via an adhesive layer 6.

In the above examples, the term "laminated in a peelable manner for each base material" specifically refers to the fluffed surface of white single-gloss paper that is a constituent material of one base material and the white paper that is a constituent material of another base material. This means extrusion laminating and laminating polyolefin with the glossy surface of single gloss paper at about 200℃, which is lower than the normal extrusion temperature, but usually 200℃
At temperatures around ℃, the single-gloss paper and polyolefin on the glossy side do not completely adhere to each other, and the polyolefin becomes a temporary bond that can be peeled off as a thin film. The paper and polyolefin become close to complete adhesion due to the anchor effect), and polyolefin is extruded and coated on the fluffy side of one glossy paper, and the polyolefin is applied on the glossy side of another sheet of glossy paper under the above conditions. In the case of extrusion lamination, it becomes possible to peel off from the glossy surface portion of the base material, which is the minimum constituent unit of the laminate of the present invention. Note that if necessary, grid lines and ruled lines are printed in advance on the glossy surface of the white glossy paper used, so that the lines will not disappear, which is particularly convenient for drawing texts, graphs, or figures.

(Function) The writing base of the present invention is constructed as described above, and in normal use, the release paper is first peeled off to expose the adhesive layer, and a plywood board or the like is inserted from the adhesive layer side. A white board for writing that allows writing on the resin-coated surface of the base material by pasting it onto the surface of the board (if the single-glazed paper is white, it is a white board, but even if the single-glazed paper is light green) It should be called a green board)
Can be used as Thus, since the white board configured as described above can be peeled off one by one, the base materials can be easily peeled off one after another by turning over the top layer of the base material one by one with a fingernail or the like. It can be peeled off and the writing surface (base material for the next layer) can be updated one after another.
In addition, the extruded polyolefin coating layer on the writing surface (polyolefin extrusion coating surface) has appropriate affinity, erasable resistance, and removability, making it possible to write with a marking pen, especially with a whiteboard felt-tip pen. It can also be erased more easily than by rubbing with a cloth.

First, since the polyolefin layer is always exposed on the writing surface of the laminate of the present invention, even a commercially available felt-tip pen for whiteboards can be used to write neatly.
Additionally, it can be erased with a cloth if necessary, allowing it to be used in the same way as a regular whiteboard.
Note that if you write with an oil-based felt pen, it will not be easily erased and will have better shelf life.

Second, before the laminate of the present invention is used as a white board, all of its constituent materials are flexible and thin, so it can be rolled up, and therefore it can be rolled up very easily. , and all of its constituent materials are thin and have low specific gravity, making it lightweight as a whole.
It has the advantage of being extremely easy to store and transport.

3. Thirdly, as mentioned above, the laminate of the present invention is made of thin materials such as paper or polyolefin layers, so it is extremely easy to cut into any shape or size using scissors or the like. Since it can be cut, it also has the advantage of being able to match the dimensions of board materials such as plywood, especially when used as whiteboards.

D.Fourth, in the laminate of the present invention, after writing on the top layer base material, in order to confirm and save the written contents, the base material on the writing surface can be simply peeled off without having to record each time on a separate paper etc. By rolling it up, the written contents can be stored as they are for a long time, which eliminates the hassle of writing.

Sixth, if grid lines and ruled lines are printed in advance on the single-glazed paper, which is the base material of the laminate of the present invention, it will be possible to write not only letters but also figures and graphs. It's convenient.

G. Seventh, when the laminate of the present invention is laminated to a board material such as a plywood board and used as a white board, if the base material to be replaced runs out, the laminate of the polyolefin layer-adhesive layer-plywood board remains. Since the adhesive layer is covered with a polyolefin layer, it is not sticky and can be reused as a plywood board for whiteboards, which is resource-saving.
