向に常時付勢せしめる弾性部材と挿入部の挿入圧
検知用のセンサーとよりなる挿入部挿入圧検知部
を介装して挿入部挿入圧検知部付きの内視鏡とす
ることによつて、挿入部の挿入時における不測の
事故を防止し得る如くなしたところを特徴とする

の抵抗は、弾性部材によつてアナログ的に吸収さ
れ、その連続的に変化する力は手許操作部を介し
て内視鏡を使用している医術者の伝わるが故に、
無理な挿入力を挿入部に及ぼすこともなくなる一
方、内視鏡を使用している医術者の加えた挿入部
を挿入しようとする力も一時弾性部材に吸収され
るから、生体腔内の内壁面等に急に大きな挿入力
