(Prior art) An endoscope used for medical purposes has an insertion section consisting of a flexible tube section, a soft section of a curved tube section, and a distal end section inserted into a living body cavity, illuminates the inside of the body cavity, and illuminates the inside of the body cavity. Observe, test, and diagnose the inside of the body cavity while changing the direction of curvature of the curved tube by operating the operating member attached to the operating section.
Sometimes it is also used for therapeutic purposes, etc.
Nowadays, its functions are highly valued, its scope of use has been expanded, and the number of medical professionals using it has increased, as well as the number of inexperienced medical practitioners.

(Problem that the invention seeks to solve) By the way, when it comes to inserting the insertion tube,
Using the eyepiece provided on the hand-operated operation part, the insertion part is gently inserted while carefully observing the interior of the body cavity through the tip, but sliding friction between the inserted part and the intricately curved inner wall of the body cavity can be avoided. This may cause considerable resistance to insertion of the insertion section.

At this time, if force is applied to forcefully insert the insertion tube, not only will it damage the inner wall surface of the body cavity that the insertion tube is in sliding contact with, but the resistance will suddenly decrease and the distal end will suddenly This could lead to accidents such as flying out and breaking through internal walls.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is in response to the above-mentioned demands, and includes slidably connecting the rear end base side of the insertion section to the distal end of the hand operation section, and the hand operation section at the connection section. An insertion pressure detection section is provided between the operation section and the base side of the insertion section, which is composed of an elastic member that constantly biases the insertion section in the insertion direction of the insertion section and a sensor for detecting the insertion pressure of the insertion section. The present invention is characterized in that an endoscope is equipped with an insertion pressure detection section for the insertion section, thereby making it possible to prevent unexpected accidents during insertion of the insertion section.

(Function) As described above, the endoscope with an insertion pressure detection section of the insertion section according to the present invention has the rear end base side of the insertion section slidably connected to the hand operation section, and the hand operation section and the endoscope in the connected section. An insertion pressure detection section is interposed between the base side of the insertion section and the insertion section, which is composed of an elastic member that constantly urges the insertion section in the insertion direction of the insertion section and a sensor for detecting the insertion pressure of the insertion section. Since the insertion section is always urged in the insertion direction by the elastic member, the insertion section will not move back and forth unnecessarily along the insertion direction when inserted into the body cavity. Furthermore, the resistance of various sizes, which is the sum of the resistance of each part of the insertion tube caused by the shape of the body cavity, is absorbed by the elastic member in an analog manner, and the continuously changing force is absorbed by the elastic member. This is because the doctor using the endoscope via the manual operation unit is told that
This eliminates the need to apply unreasonable insertion force to the insertion tube, and the force exerted by the surgeon using the endoscope to insert the insertion tube is temporarily absorbed by the elastic member, so that the inner wall surface of the body cavity is not affected. There is no need for sudden large insertion force to be applied to etc.

Then, the insertion resistance, which is the sum of the resistances of each part of the insertion part, gradually increases, and due to the force absorbed by the elastic member, the hard tip suddenly becomes ready for insertion and pops out, or the insertion resistance increases. The sensor activates to notify the physician using this endoscope to stop inserting the insertion tube before it grows and poses a risk of damaging the body cavity. This will make you aware of how the endoscope is being used.

Reference numeral 1 denotes an outer body for configuring the hand operation part A, and an insertion part connection is provided on the outer wall surface of the distal end part for slidably fitting the base metal fitting 10 at the rear end base of the insertion part B. A thread 2 for screwing the tubular cap 5 is carved. Moreover, the tubular base 5 for connecting the insertion part is
The screw thread 2 is attached to the rear inner wall surface of the tubular main body 6, which has an inner wall surface 9 with an inner diameter that allows the outer annular collar 12 of the rear end of the base metal fitting 10 in the insertion portion B to be slidably fitted therein. It is formed by applying a screw thread 7 to be screwed together, and an inwardly directed annular collar part 8 having an opening part through which the outer wall surface of the base metal fitting 10 can freely slide. .

Also. The insertion section B has a base cap 10 fixed to the rear end base of a flexible tube section 16, which is similar to the flexible tube section for configuring the insertion section of conventional endoscopes of this type. , an annular flange 12 is provided at the rear end of the tubular body 11 having an outer diameter that is in sliding contact with the opening of the annular flange 8 and is slidable; It is formed by connecting thin tubular portions 13.

Also, the insertion pressure detection section C, which is also referred to above, is interposed between a pressure sensor 20 attached and fixed to the front end surface 3 of the outer shell 1, and between this pressure sensor 20 and the annular collar section 12. The compression spring 30 constantly biases the insertion portion B in the direction of insertion into the living body cavity. The biasing force exerted by the compression spring 30 is determined based on experimental values with safety taken into consideration for each type of endoscope depending on the purpose of use.

As described above, the endoscope is equipped with the manual operating section A, the insertion section B, and the insertion pressure detection section C. The insertion section B is operated by the compression spring 30 in the insertion pressure detection section C. Since it is biased in the direction of insertion, it goes without saying that when it is not in use,
Even when inserted into a living body cavity, it does not move unnecessarily and can be operated and used in the same way as conventional endoscopes of this type. Since it is transmitted, compression spring 3
0 acts as a buffer material, and at the same time, there is no longer any sudden large insertion force acting on the insertion part.
Since the buffering action of the compression spring 30 is sensitively transmitted to the medical practitioner using the manual operation section, no unreasonable insertion force is applied to the insertion section B.

On the other hand, the total insertion resistance caused by the contact between each part of the insertion part B and each part in the living body cavity when inserting the insertion part B into the living body cavity increases, and the compression spring 30 increases. Due to the absorbed force, the hard tip suddenly becomes ready for insertion and pops out, or sliding contact with the body cavity that causes large insertion resistance does not cause damage to the sliding contact point in the body cavity. The force of the compression spring 30 is sequentially detected by the pressure sensor 20, and the detection signal is sent to the outer shell 1 etc. using the lead wire 21 arranged in the lead wire insertion hole 4 drilled in the outer shell 1. This information is transmitted to the insertion unit insertion force display section or alarm device section, and the medical personnel operating the endoscope are notified and made aware of the information.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the invention, the insertion operation of the insertion section of the endoscope into the body cavity is as follows:
Even a medical technician who is not proficient in operating an endoscope can now provide an endoscope without the risk of causing an unexpected accident.
