Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 加熱定着ローラと、該定着ローラに転写紙
を圧接する加圧ローラと、前記定着ローラに接触
するサーミスタ、分離爪等の接触部材とを有する
画像形成装置の定着装置において、 定着ローラの近傍にトナー捕捉用マグネツトが
配置されていることを特徴とする定着装置。 (2) 前記マグネツトが接触部材の近傍で且つ接
触部材より下方に配置されることを特徴とする請
求項１に記載の定着装置。 (3) 前記マグネツトが接触部材であるサーミス
タを保持する保持部材に取り付けられることを特
徴とする請求項１又は２に記載の定着装置。
