In addition, in order to effectively utilize the space in a small room, cookers are often placed on a shelf above the heating appliances, but this can cause water droplets to condense on the surface of the shelf above the cookers during cooking. Put it away. Additionally, if you were to take out another utensil placed on the shelf while cooking, there was a risk of burns from the hot steam emitted by the cooker.

The cooking chamber 2 is heated by the heater 3 to perform cooking. 4 is a lid of the cooking device main body 1, and a heat exchanger 5 and a cooling fan 6 are housed in this lid M4. heat exchanger 5
The opening 5a is connected to an exhaust hole 8 provided in an inner lid 7 provided above the cooking chamber 2. Further, one of the outlet portions 5b of the heat exchanger 5 is connected to a drain receiving portion 9 that receives drain of steam condensed in the heat exchanger 5. The other end of the outlet portion 5b is connected to an exhaust hole 12 through which dry air free of steam is discharged into the room. 10 is a cooling air intake, and 11 is an outlet.

When cooking ingredients are put into the cooking chamber 2 and the cooker body (not shown) is turned on, the heater 3 is energized and cooking begins. Steam generated as the cooking progresses is guided from the exhaust hole 8 to the inlet portion 5a of the heat exchanger 5 connected thereto. The guided steam undergoes heat exchange with the indoor air by the heat exchanger 5, and is condensed into water droplets. These water droplets pass through the outlet H5b of the heat exchanger 5 and accumulate in the drain receiver 9.

を実現できるものである。Effects of the Invention As described above, the first means includes a cooking chamber that generates steam, a heat exchanger connected to an exhaust hole of the cooking chamber, and a drain receiver provided at the outlet of the heat exchanger. By arranging a heat exchanger and a device for cooling the heat exchanger inside the cooker, steam generated as cooking progresses will not be discharged into the room, and the heat exchanger will not be discharged into the room due to changes in the indoor environment. It eliminates discomfort, dirt, and condensation in the room, and can be used as a built-in cooker that can be neatly stored away from cookers that were previously placed cluttered on top of the kitchen countertop. Moreover, it is possible to realize a safe cooking device without the risk of burns caused by steam. According to the second means,
An intake duct that is detachably connected to the exhaust port of the cooking device that generates steam, and a heat exchanger that is connected to this intake duct.
Furthermore, by configuring the outlet of this heat exchanger to include a drain receiver and a device for cooling the heat exchanger, a cooker that is even more user-friendly than the first method is realized. It is possible.
