Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve fitting contact, suppress slip, enhance coupling force and improve engagement effect by applying a pressure sensitive adhesive or an anti-slip agent on a part of the surfaces of many engaging elements. CONSTITUTION:A flexible polymer is molded to form engaging elements having columns 2 ends of which are shaped into umbrella-like expanded head portions 3 on a base material 1. Many engaging elements are arranged in the directions of Y so that lines are formed. Two molded face fasteners formed as mentioned above are combined and fitted to each other. When force is imposed in the direction of the engaging element lines, namely, in the direction of Y, the face fasteners tend to side in the direction of Y-axis. In order to improve the engagement between the molded face fasteners, a pressure sensitive adhesive 4 or an anti-slip agent is applied to the surfaces between the engaging elements on one face fastener of this molded face fastener.

As shown in FIG. 4 (1), a polymer 5 having a high coefficient of friction μ may be applied to the surface of the engaging element. The friction coefficient μ between the element and the element is at least 0.7, preferably 1.
This is a polymer with a high coefficient of friction. A polymer coated surface with a small coefficient of friction will not be able to suppress sliding. Such high friction coefficient polymers include, for example, acrylic ester polymers, polyinoprene, inbrene copolymers, polybutadiene, styrene-butadiene copolymers, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymers, polyurethane elastomers, polyester elastomers, and other elastic polymers. polymer,

It is a polymer that is non-adhesive and exhibits a high coefficient of friction when in use. These polymers are applied to the surface of the engagement element in a molten state, or are applied as a polymer solution or dispersion to the surface of the engagement element, and then hardened to form a polymer covered surface.

Further, in order to apply an adhesive or an anti-slip agent to the surface of the engagement element, it is preferable to provide a roughened surface 7 on the surface of the engagement element as shown in FIG. 5(1). The surface of the engaging element can be roughened by a solvent erosion method, an embossing method, a grinding method, or the like. Alternatively, abrasive grains such as metal oxide, metal carbide, or lamix may be applied to the surface of the engaging element using binder 1 and fingers to roughen the surface. In addition, the adhesion improver is an anti-slip agent applied to the engagement element, a resin or resin composition that restores affinity to both the polymer or pressure-sensitive adhesive and the engagement element wood material, or a polyurethane-based primer, rubber-based Primers, hardening resins, etc. Figure 5 (2)
The roughened surface of the engaging element is coated with at least 14 selected from anti-slip agents, high friction coefficient polymers, or pressure-sensitive adhesives.
2 is a sectional view of a surface 8 to which a similar substance has been applied. FIG. The treated surface of the engaging element has a high coefficient of friction of at least 0.7, preferably 1 or more, with respect to the engaging element of the mating partner. A roughened surface with a small coefficient of friction does not suppress sliding.
