Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the taking request of a caller with a called party without redialing by allowing a control circuit to gives a command to a connection circuit to connect an incoming line and an outgoing line when a state detection circuit detects a reply of a caller destination telephone set and informs it to the control circuit. CONSTITUTION:An incoming call detection circuit 11 detects an incoming call to an incoming call line 20 and informs it to a control circuit 16 and a connection circuit 13 connects the incoming line 20 with an outgoing line 30 in response to a command of the control circuit 16. The dialing circuit 14 dials automatically a telephone number commanded by the control circuit 16 and a state detection circuit 15 monitors the outgoing line 30 to detect the state of reply, calling and talking of the caller telephone set and informs it to the control circuit 16 and a storage circuit 17 stores plural transfer destination telephone numbers and the criterion or the like. When the state detection circuit 15 detects the reply of the caller telephone set and informs it to the control circuit 16, the control circuit 16 gives a command to the connection circuit 13 to connect the circuit to a predetermined transfer destination or to start an automatic answering telephone set circuit. Thus, the talking request of the caller with the called party is attained without redialing.

[Means for Solving the Problems 1] In the automatic call transfer system according to the present invention, when the incoming call detection circuit detects an incoming call to the incoming call line, the control circuit transfers the first forwarding destination telephone number stored in the memory circuit. The reading and calling circuit automatically sends the first forwarding destination phone number to the calling line and makes a call, and the status detection circuit detects the status of the destination phone and notifies the control circuit. When it detects that there is no response for a certain period of time or that the call is busy, a predetermined condition is determined, the nth transfer destination phone number stored in the memory circuit is read out, and the calling circuit transfers the nth transfer to the calling line. Automatically sends the destination phone number and makes a call.
The status detection circuit detects the status of the destination phone and notifies the control circuit, and then repeats the same procedure according to instructions from the control circuit, and the status detection circuit detects the response of the destination phone and notifies the control circuit. When notified, the control circuit instructs the connection circuit to connect the incoming line and outgoing line.

Also, if it detects that the destination phone is busy,
, Condition judgment 2 is carried out based on the predetermined judgment conditions stored in the memory circuit 17. As a result of the condition determination, if it is determined that the forwarding destination should be changed to the telephone number C1, the forwarding destination telephone number of the telephone number Cn stored in the memory circuit 17 is read out. The transmitting circuit 14 is connected to the transmitting line 30
The forwarding destination telephone number Cn is automatically sent to and the call is made. Thereafter, the steps ① to ② can be repeated in the same manner according to instructions from the control circuit 16. In steps ■ and ■, condition judgments 1 and 2
As a result, if it is determined that it is an answering machine, the control circuit 16
stops the transfer operation, activates the answering machine circuit 12, and causes the incoming call line 20 to respond to the answering machine [phase]. In step (2), when the control circuit 16 detects that the destination telephone has responded (2), it issues a connection instruction to the connection circuit 13, and the connection circuit 13 connects the incoming line 20 and the outgoing line 30.

Here, condition judgment 1 is a condition such as changing the forwarding destination selection order or changing forwarding destination/answering response depending on the day of the week, time, etc., and condition judgment 2 is a condition such as changing the forwarding destination selection order depending on the day of the week, time, etc. Possible conditions include redialing, changing the forwarding destination, or changing the answering machine. Further, the fixed period of time until a non-response is detected may also depend on the day of the week, time, forwarding destination telephone number, etc. Further, when the answering machine is used, the answering message sent from the answering machine circuit 12 may be switched depending on the forwarding destination telephone number or whether a non-response is detected or a busy call is detected.

[Effects of the Invention 1] As explained above, in the present invention, when the incoming call detection circuit detects an incoming call to the incoming line, the control circuit reads the first forwarding destination telephone number stored in the memory circuit and sends the call to the calling circuit. automatically sends the first forwarding destination phone number to the calling line and makes the call, the status detection circuit detects the status of the destination phone and notifies the control circuit, and the control circuit does not respond for a certain period of time;
Alternatively, when it detects that a call is in progress, a predetermined condition is determined, the nth forwarding destination phone number stored in the memory circuit is read out, and the calling circuit automatically sends the nth forwarding destination phone number to the calling line. The state detection circuit detects the state of the destination telephone and notifies the control circuit.
The same procedure is repeated according to instructions from the control circuit, and when the status detection circuit detects a response from the destination telephone and notifies the control circuit, the control circuit instructs the connection circuit to connect the incoming and outgoing lines. In addition, when the control circuit detects that the destination telephone does not respond for a certain period of time or is busy, it makes a predetermined condition judgment, stops the transfer operation, and activates the answering machine circuit. Since the incoming call line is configured to answer the call, the forwarding destination is dynamically and automatically changed, so there is an advantage that the called party B can always make the caller A achieve the purpose of the call.
