そして、模型4として立体模型を使用すると好ましい.[Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an architectural layout planning method for clearly representing the positional relationships of buildings, cars, trees, etc. on a site plan. [Fujutsu of Jubei] In the sales activities of construction companies, when soliciting landowners who own vacant land to build single-family houses or apartment complexes, traditionally, during the sales process, designers were A salesperson would draw up a drawing depicting the floor plan that should be proposed for the site that had been designed, and show it to the landowner and explain it to them. However, during the discussion between the landowner and the salesman, there were discussions about changing the location of the building, the location of the parking lot, the number of buildings, the size of the parking lot, and the location of the trees. If a problem arises, we cannot deal with it on the spot, so we have to go back to the designer to discuss the matter with the landowner, draw up a new proposed floor plan, and bring it back to the landowner to explain. That's what I did. In addition, in the past, since a landowner who was an amateur in building a building could not draw a concrete image of the space using a floor plan, a perspective view called a perspective view was created and shown to the landowner. Furthermore, as the plan became more concrete, a three-dimensional model of the ride was created and fixed with adhesive on a plate depicting the site. [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the case of the above-mentioned unprecedented situation, a designer has been asked to draw up a drawing depicting a floor plan many times, and each time he has to take it to the landowner. It took a lot of time and effort, and in particular, it was not possible to provide a layout plan each time while looking at the relevant site and listening to the landowner's opinion outdoors. In addition, even if you make a three-dimensional proposal, it is difficult for the landowner to understand the concrete image in the case of a three-dimensional model, and in the case of a three-dimensional model, it is difficult to understand the concrete image. Because it was manufactured, the production costs were high, and if the layout of the building was changed or the building layout was changed, the three-dimensional horizontal structure that had been spent so much money to create would be wasted. The present invention was invented in view of the above-mentioned unconventional issues, and its purpose is to create various layout plans for buildings corresponding to the relevant site, such as the landowner's house or the building to be constructed. A construction layout planning method that allows salespeople to make proposals while directly listening to the opinions of landowners on site, and that also allows various layout plans to be proposed to landowners as 3D models, allowing the use of 3D horizontal models over and over again, and reducing costs. It is to provide. [Means for Solving the Problems] The construction layout planning method of the present invention includes placing a site plan 2 on a base board 1, placing a plan holder 3 on the site plan 2, and placing bases fi1 to One side of the drawing holder 3 is made a magnet, and the other side is made a magnetic material, and both are magnetically attached. In this way, while holding the site plan 2 on the base board 1, the site plan 2 is It is characterized in that a wedge shape 4 equipped with a magnet or magnetic material such as a building, a car, or a tree is placed on top and magnetically attached to the base board 1. It is preferable to use a three-dimensional model as model 4.

The drawing holder 3 is magnetically attached to the site plan 2, and in this state, a wedge shape 4 is placed on the site plan 2 and magnetically attached to the base plate 1 to propose a building layout plan, and the landowner's opinion is obtained on the spot. While listening to this, the students propose various layout plans by moving and rearranging various horizontal structures 4, such as buildings, trees, and parking lots, on the site plan 2. [Example] The present invention will be described in detail below based on an example shown in the attached drawings. The base board 1 is foldable via a hinge, and although it is folded in two in the embodiment shown in the attached drawings, it may be folded in three or more. base 4
! 11 has a structure in which either a magnet is provided or a magnetic material such as an iron plate is provided, and if a magnetic material such as an iron plate is provided, a magnet can be placed at any position on the surface. It is designed to be magnetically attached, and if a magnet is installed, magnetic materials such as iron can be attached to the surface. The size of this base board 1 is, for example, two pieces of A1 size, which are foldable and connected by a hinge part, and can be stored in a case 6 as shown in Fig. 14, or It is something to carry around. The wedge shapes 4 include, for example, multiple types of building mat shapes 4a as shown in FIG. 3, automatic single wedge shapes 4b, t$ field wedge shapes 4c1, various tree models 4d, pool models 4es, and bicycle storage wedge shapes 4f.
There are various models such as a fountain wedge type 4GS, a date Hou type 4H, a structure wedge type 4I displaying names, etc., a biba wedge type 4J1 human model 4K, and four external building models displaying external buildings, etc.
These wedge shapes 4 are divided into three-dimensional wedge shapes 4A and planar models 4B, and magnets or magnetic materials are provided on the lower surfaces of these wedge shapes 4. In other words, if the base board 1 is a magnet, the mold 4 is provided with a magnetic material such as iron, and if the base board 1 is made of a magnetic material such as an iron plate, the magnet is provided in the mold 4. , it is possible to magnetically attach the mata mold 4 to any position on the base board 1. The above-mentioned model 4 has a predetermined scale, for example, a scale of 17100 of the actual model. The above-mentioned various types of bruises 4 are stored in a storage box 7 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, for example. The storage box 7 is open at the front, and has shelf supports 8 provided in multiple levels above and below. A shelf board 9 is placed on the shelf board holder 8 so that it can be freely pulled out in the front. The lffi board 9 is provided with a magnet or a magnetic material so that the wedge shape 4 can be placed on the shelf board 9 and attached magnetically. Therefore, by storing the model 4 in a magnetically attached state on the shelf board 9, even if the model 4 is moved by hand while holding the grip part 10 provided at the top of the storage box 7, the model
It is designed so that it can be carried while being securely held without moving. There is also a drawer 11 inside the storage box 7 that can be taken out and put in freely, and inside this drawer 11 are scales 12 and
Various accessories such as a magnet 13, a bottle set 14, a writing instrument 15, a legal regulation 16, a support rod 17, and a bezel 18 used as an artificial sun can be stored. A grooves 19 are provided on both sides of the front opening of the storage box 7, so that the cover 20 can be inserted and fitted from above (therefore, 6.20 can be removed by pulling it upwards). # The drawing holder 3 is formed of a magnet or a magnetic material so that it can be magnetically attached to the base plate 1, and in the embodiment, it has a narrow to medium long strip shape, but it is not necessarily limited to this. However, it may be short, circular or any other shape. The drawing holder 3 is stored in the case 6 together with the base board 1 while being magnetically attached to the base 4111. Therefore, I visited the landowner (customer 8) with the base board 1, the wooden mold 4, and the drawing holder 3 as described above (in other words, I visited them with the base board 1, the wooden mold 4, and the drawing holder 3 stored in the storage box 7 and the case 6), At the site you visit, in front of the landowner, take out the base plate 1, wedge shape 4, drawing holder 3, etc., and draw a site plan 2 of the relevant site (this site plan 2 is on the same scale as the wedge shape 4). 1) is placed on the base board 1, and the drawing holder 3 made of a magnet or magnetic material is placed on the base board 1.
Place it on the site plan 2 and magnetically attach it to the base board 1 through the site plan 2. In this way, with the site plan 2 held on the base board 1, place the four on the site plan 2. A magnet 4 equipped with a magnet or magnetic material such as an object, a car, a tree, etc. is placed on it and magnetically attached to the base board 1, and an arrangement plan is proposed. and,
Various explanations and considerations are made based on the proposed layout plan, including changes in the type of building, orientation and layout of buildings, increase or decrease in the number of buildings, parking spaces, bicycles, etc. When changing the location or increasing or decreasing the location of storage areas, trees, etc., draw a wedge shape 4 on the site plan 2 in front of the landowner.
The system moves and attracts magnets to provide various proposed layout plans on the spot. Here, the first
As shown in Figure 1(b), the plan view 2& of the first proposal that will serve as a model is written in advance, and at first, as shown in Figure 1(c), the corresponding stroke shape 3 is drawn on top of this plan view 2a. We put it on a magnet and propose an initial layout plan, and based on this, we can partially or completely change the position of the bullet shape 3 on the spot, as shown in Figure 1 (d). This will allow you to see changes from the original plan, allowing for a more in-depth study. In this case, the first floor plan includes the north diagonal line limit, road diagonal line limit,
Since the drawings are drawn taking into consideration the positional restrictions due to effective lighting restrictions, etc., when changing the position of the horizontal type 3, it is possible to roughly set the position of the square type 3 by referring to the plan view shown below. Become. In addition, it is preferable to propose a layout plan using the three-dimensional wedge type 4A as the horizontal type 4, but when displaying a proposal for a building floor plan, or as a proposal for a F7 design at the beginning of the proposal, only a planar model can be proposed by magnetically attaching it. You can do as you like. The m2 diagram shows an example in which a plan model 4B showing the floor plan of the building and a plan model 4B showing the parking lot are placed on the site plan 2. In FIG. 2, placement plans are proposed in the order of (a), (b), and (c). Of course, it is also possible to use a combination of the three-dimensional wedge shape 4A and the plane wedge shape 4B, and after creating a two-dimensional shape with the plane model 4B,
Based on this, a three-dimensional proposal may be made on the spot using the three-dimensional wedge type 4A. Furthermore, when explaining the layout plan, a more effective explanation can be made by holding the support rod 17 and pointing to the wedge shape 4. *In addition, it is also possible to use the penlight 18 as an artificial sun to create a wedge-shaped shadow, etc., and to explain sunlight, etc. in that ρ field. [Effect of the invention 1] In the present invention, as described above, the site plan is placed on the base board, and the plan holder is placed on top of the site plan to hold one side of the base board or the plan holder. In this way, with the site plan held on the base board, magnets or magnetic objects such as buildings, cars, trees, etc. can be placed on the site plan with the site plan held on the base board. Since the horizontal objects with the following features are mounted and magnetically attached to the base board, various horizontal structures such as buildings, trees, parking lots, etc. can be moved and rearranged on the site drawings while listening to the opinion of the landowner. This eliminates the need for designers to bring back the results of discussions with the landowner, draw the drawings again, and take them back to the landowner to make a proposal, as was done in Jubei. This has the advantage of significantly reducing time and effort, and improving communication with landowners. In addition, since the model is magnetically attached to the base board through the site plan, the model does not move on the site plan and can be displayed accurately even if the base board is tilted or vibrations are applied. This has the advantage that the landowner can accurately understand the layout relationship between the site plan and the wedge shape. In addition, in the invention described in Cho Gu-Chang 2, since the dust mold is three-dimensional wedge-shaped, the positional relationship and shape of gifts, parking lots, trees, etc. in relation to the site can be viewed in three-dimensional form for amateur landowners. It can be recognized as a concrete image with a three-dimensional feel, and even if you change the position of the three-dimensional mata shape as a proposal for another plan on the spot, other plans will immediately be able to create a concrete image with a three-dimensional effect. This has the advantage of being recognized as a unique image.
