量結合と誘導結合によつて結合される誘電体フイ
ルタにおいて、各共振子ユニツトは角柱形で、対
向する側面の一部に形成された導体膜を介して接
着されて一体化され、該貫通孔内に内導体膜を具
え、該貫通孔が露出しない表面に外導体を具える
とともに、該貫通孔の露出する表面の一方に内導
体と外導体を短絡する導体膜を具えたことを特徴
とする誘電体フイルタ。 (2) 貫通孔を具えた複数の共振子ユニツトが容
量結合と誘導結合によつて結合される誘電体フイ
ルタにおいて、各共振子ユニツトは角柱形で、対
向する側面の一部に形成された導体膜を介して接
着されて一体化され、該貫通孔内に内導体膜を具
え、該貫通孔が露出しない表面に外導体を具える
とともに、該貫通孔の露出する表面の一方に内導
体と外導体を短絡する導体膜を具え、両端の共振
子ユニツトの内導体と入出力端子とが容量的に結
合されたことを特徴とする誘電体フイルタ。 (3) 該対向する側面に形成された導体膜が開放
