Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円筒形治具の内部に被研磨物を取付け、研磨面
を円筒形治具より突出させ、前記円筒型治具の外
周面に沿つて研磨テープを接触させて、研磨する
研磨装置において、 研磨テープとの接触面の一部にスリツトを有し
かつスリツトに対応する位置に研磨テープを円筒
形治具に押圧するエアー吹き付けノズルを配した
ことを特徴とする研磨装置。
