駆動ギヤ１１を取り付け、当該駆動ギヤ１１に減
速機構３を介して出力軸４を連結した電動アクチ
ユエータにおいて、前記駆動ギヤ１１としての駆
動用平歯車１１を前記回転軸５に取り付ける一方
、前記減速機構３は、前記駆動用平歯車１１に噛
合し第１段目の減速動作を行う平歯車１３と、少
なくとも第２段目以降の減速動作を行うと共に前
記平歯車１３よりも前記モータＭの後部側に向か
つて延伸するウオーム６と、当該ウオーム６に噛
合するウオームホイル７とを有してなる電動アク
