Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase sound-resisting efficiency by pasting a fiber mat constituting a foundation cloth entwined with cottony fibers directly or through a buffer sheet and an intermediate woody plate and a foam sheet subsequently on the inside of a woody plate to form floorings. ステル綿状繊維をニードルパンチ方式でからませた厚み
3 mmの繊維マットおよび裏面に多数の凹凸を有する
厚み5+nmの発泡ポリエチレンシート(防水性を考慮
すれば独立発泡シートがよい)を貼り合わせて所望の床
材を製造した。
