Claims (1)
心と平行な方向の移動可能に設けられ、該デイス
クロータの外周側に位置する側端面に該デイスク
ロータの内周側へ延びる係合穴がそれぞれ形成さ
れた一対のパツドと、略V字形状を成し、該デイ
スクロータの外周部を跨いだ状態で両端部が該一
対のパツドの係合穴にそれぞれ嵌め入れられるこ
とにより該パツドを互いに離隔する方向へ付勢す
るリターンスプリングとを備えたデイスクブレー
キにおいて、 前記リターンスプリングの前記係合穴に嵌め入
れられた部分の前記デイスクロータの外周側に位
置する部分を、該係合穴の内周面の該デイスクロ
ータ側位置に弾性的に当接させるとともに、該リ
ターンスプリングの該係合穴に嵌め入れられた部
分の該デイスクロータの内周側に位置する部分を
、該係合穴の内周面の該デイスクロータ側とは反
対側位置に弾性的に当接させるようにしたことを
