縦断面図であり、第４図は本考案の振動子ポンプ
の他の１例を縦断面図で示した。
図中１は振動子ポンプ、２，２′は圧電振動子
、３は吐出側逆止弁、４は吸入側逆止弁、５，６
は固定治具、７は弾性体、８，９は導線、１０は
平板状ハウジングをそれぞれ示す。

壁面の少なくとも一方を振動させることにより流
体を送り出す振動子ポンプであつて、該振動壁面
に一端が固持された圧電振動子を設けると共に、
ポンプ室には逆子弁を有する吸入管及び吐出管を
接続したことを特徴とする振動子ポンプ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の振
動子ポンプであつて、対向して設けられたポンプ
室壁面の両者に圧電振動子を設け、該圧電振動子
には逆止弁を取りつけたことを特徴とする振動子
ポンプ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の振
動子ポンプであつて、ポンプ室壁面の一方に圧電
振動子を設け、該圧電動子に対向する壁面は平板
状のハウジングとし、該圧電振動子及び／又は平
板上のハウジングに逆止弁を設け、該圧電振動子
と平板状のハウジングとを弾性体により液密にシ
