の歯面を感知する歯面センサと、 前記色センサ及び歯面センサからの両入力信号
に応答してトリガ信号を出力するアンド回路と、 噛合わせ回転中の製品歯車の歯面に対し光を瞬
間照射する高速照明装置及びこの歯面から反射し
た光を受光するTVカメラと、 前記アンド回路からのトリガ信号に基づき前記
各テレビカメラと各高速照明装置との動作タイミ
ングを同期させる手段と、を備えたことを特徴と
