Conventional technology When changing all at once on a spinning machine such as a spinning machine, if there is residual yarn on the spindle, it will take a lot of manpower to dispose of the residual yarn, so it is necessary to replace the yarn without causing any residual yarn on the spindle. For example, the method is disclosed in JP-A-60-126334 and JP-A-60.
It is disclosed in the publication No.-161174. In these changing methods, a thread hooking device made of a ring-shaped raised cloth is provided in the middle of the spindle, and by pulling out the full bobbin from above the spindle, the end of the full bobbin is wound around the spindle in a loop shape. The loop-shaped end thread is caught and held by a thread hooking tool, and then the end thread connected between the full bobbin and the spindle is cut by a cutting device. However, with the above-mentioned device that holds the tail thread by hooking it onto a thread hook provided on the spindle, when a full bobbin is pulled out, residual thread remains on the thread hook, reducing the thread holding ability. It takes manpower to remove the remaining thread, and the fit between the spindle and bobbin becomes unstable, making the tube exchange operation unstable. Also, since the tail thread is held passively, it becomes difficult to cut the tail thread. There was a problem in that the tail thread slipped on the spindle due to the force exerted by the machine, and the cut end of the tail thread could no longer be held between the spindle and the empty bobbin that was newly inserted into the spindle, resulting in thread breakage when the machine was restarted. 6. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, conventionally, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-258035, there is a standby position below the spindle rail and an operating position in front of the spindle at the front of one machine. It has been proposed that a storage frame that is reciprocally driven is provided in the storage frame, and the storage frame is provided with a gripping mechanism that can grip and release the tail string, and a cutting mechanism that can cut the tail string.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the device described in the above publication, the gripping mechanism can actively grip the tail string to prevent the tail string from slipping off the spindle, but one machine has a standby position in front of the machine. Since a storage frame that is reciprocated by a swinging member is installed at the operating position, a large space is required in front of the machine to grasp the tail thread, and it is difficult to replace the thread or join the thread in the event of thread breakage. This obstructs operation, and the device for gripping the tail string is large and complicated, making assembly and maintenance troublesome. The present invention aims to solve these problems. This is a challenge.

When a full bobbin inserted into the spindle is pulled out by the simultaneous tube changing device and moved to the front of the spindle, the end thread of the full bobbin is wound around the spindle in a loop shape and is wound around the middle part of the height of the spindle. The yarn is transferred from the vicinity to the front full bobbin, and in this state, the thread gripping means provided on each separator is operated by the drive device to actively grip the end thread between the spindle and the full bobbin. Therefore, by cutting the tail thread while holding it by the thread gripping means, and then inserting a new empty bobbin into the spindle, the tail thread wound on the spindle can be securely placed between the empty bobbin and the spindle. It can be held between In addition, since each separator is provided with a thread gripping means, it is easy to assemble and maintain the thread gripping means integrally with the separator, and the thread gripping means can be arranged between the separators or within the separator, making the device more compact. .

In addition, in the case of a hill, since the spun yarn 11 is guided in one direction from the traveler 68, there is no risk of it being caught by the yarn gripping lever 38. Thereafter, the running body 25 of the tail thread cutting device 23 runs along the spindle rail 3, and as shown in FIG. 7(D) and FIG. However, since the tail thread 24 on the spindle 4 side is held between the thread gripping lever 38 and the separator 7, the tail thread 24 wound around the spindle 4 is cut off. After that, the changing bar 19 of the simultaneous changing device 17 is lowered and the full bobbin A is inserted into the peg 15a, and the empty bobbin B inserted into the peg 16 is then deposited. Pull it out and insert it into the spindle 4.

When inserting the empty bobbin B into the spindle 4, the lower end of the empty bobbin B pushes down the tail thread 24 connected between the thread gripping lever 38 and the spindle 4 to bow the tail thread 2.
4 is pulled out from between the thread gripping lever 38 and the separator 7, and the empty bobbin B securely sandwiches the tail thread 24 wound around the spindle 4 in a loop shape between the spindle 4 and the empty bobbin B. When inserting the empty bobbin B into the spindle 4, air is supplied to the air supply pipe 47 immediately before or near the time when the empty bobbin B pushes down the tail thread 24 between the thread gripping lever 38 and the spindle 4. Alternatively, the gripping of the tail thread 24 by the thread gripping lever 38 may be actively released by temporarily supplying it. Thereafter, the spinning operation is automatically started again, and the spun yarn 11 is securely inserted into the empty bobbin B inserted into the spindle 4. Next, the tail yarn gripping device having the above-mentioned structure is placed at 30. Since most of the gripping mechanism 31 and drive device 32 are incorporated into each separator 7, most of the tail thread gripping device 30 can be assembled or replaced by assembling or replacing the separator tuff during assembly or maintenance. and maintenance can be completed.

In addition, during normal spinning operation, the yarn gripping means 31 is housed inside the separator 7 to prevent obstacles from protruding from the side of the separator 7, so that during the spinning operation, the function of the separator tuff is not changed from the conventional one. It can be fully utilized in the same way as a separator. Furthermore, since the yarn gripping means 31 is housed in the separator 7 as described above, even if yarn breaks for some reason during spinning operation, the splicing operation of the broken yarn will not be hindered in any way. , Easy thread splicing operation.

As described above, in the present invention, each separator is provided with gripping means capable of gripping and releasing the tail string, and these gripping means are operated by a drive device in conjunction with the pipe exchange operation. Therefore, the end thread connected between the spindle and the full bobbin doffed toward the front of the spindle can be actively grasped, preventing the end thread from slipping off the spindle when the end thread is cut, and preventing thread breakage when restarting. In addition, it is possible to prevent residual yarn from remaining on the spindle, saving the trouble of removing residual yarn from the spindle, and it is possible to always maintain a constant degree of engagement between the spindle and bobbin, thereby stabilizing the tube exchange operation. can. Furthermore, even if the tail thread can be positively gripped as described above, since each separator is provided with a thread gripping means, the thread gripping means can be assembled together with the separator, or the thread gripping means can be assembled integrally with the separator during maintenance. It can be replaced, making assembly and maintenance easy, and the thread gripping means can be placed between the separators or within the separator, making the device simple and compact, and preventing it from interfering with pipe changing operations and thread splicing operations. can.
