本考案は、合成樹脂製の内装用ドア枠に関する

戸当り4の突出片5と反対側の戸当り面には凸曲
する薄片状で弾性を有する軟質樹脂のクツシヨン
片22が全長に亘つて延出してある。本枠1を押
し出し成形する際にこのドア24の開閉の際の緩
衝材となるクツシヨン片22も同時に成形される
ものである。また本体3の突出片5と反対側端部
の背面には係合突部11が全長に亘つて突設して
ある。補助枠2は硬質ポリ塩化ビニルのような硬
質合成樹脂による押し出し成形によつて、長手方
向に亘つて断面形状を等しく形成されているもの
で、中空の補助枠本体8の一方の側面に挿入片9
を全長に亘つて延出して形成してあり、補助枠本
体8の挿入片9と反対側の端部の背部には係合突
部12が全長に亘つて突設してある。また補助枠
本体8の上片13の下面と下片14の上下面には
それぞれ軟質ポリ塩化ビニルのような軟質合成樹
脂の軟質層15が一体に全長に亘つて設けてあ
り、さらに挿入片9の上下に設けた凹所16,1

枠2と端部同士接続されてドア枠として構成され
る。接続はL字型金具25を直角に突き合わせた
本枠1,1の背面間や補助枠2,2の背面間に掛
け渡し、ビス26を木質材7部分や軟質層15部
分に螺入させることによつておこなわれる。ビス
26の螺入は木質材7部分や軟質層15部分にお
こなわれるため、硬質合成樹脂の本枠1や補助枠
2に割れなどが生じることが防止される。また開

見込みの調整の幅を広くすることができるもので
ある。そしてこのものにあつて、挿入片9を補助
枠本体8から切り離さない場合においては、切り
込み10は本枠1の突出片5の背面側に隠れて露
出するようなことはなく、切り込み10によつて

突出して設けられ背面に上記補助枠の一部が外側
方から挿入される突出片とで形成されるものであ
るので、本枠の突出片の背面側への補助枠の挿入
寸法を調整することによつて、ドア枠の幅を自由
に調整することができ、施工現場において枠見込
みの調整が自在におこなえるものである。しかも
本枠は背面が開口する断面形状に形成されて開口
部内に木質材がはめ込まれて成り、補助枠の本枠
の突出片の背面に挿入される挿入片に凹所を設け
て凹所に軟質層が形成されているので、本枠及び
補助枠をそれぞれ木質材及び軟質層に釘を打入し
て開口枠柱に固定することにより、合成樹脂製の
本枠及び補助枠に割れなどが生じることがなく、
釘も確実に保持されて強固に固定されるものであ
る。
