。Conventionally, railway vehicles are constructed by joining a plurality of plates, ie, outer panels, to the outer surface of a frame constructed by combining aggregate materials. The joining portions between the outer panels are constructed such that the outer panels located on the outside of the main body are made to protrude outward and the backs are cut, and the inner outer panels are installed and joined to overlap with the back cut portions.

問題があった。In the above-mentioned prior art, the overlapped portions of the outer panels protrude to the outside of the vehicle body, and a step is created between the overlapped portions of the outer panels and the outer panels other than the mirror-type overlapped portions. Therefore, there are localized steps on the surface of the car body, which should be smooth, which impairs the aesthetic appearance and allows dust to easily adhere to the steps (which also makes it unattractive and difficult to clean). In addition, there is a problem that when a large surface of the outer panel is painted, the paint film or the adhesive tape for coloring the surface of the outer panel is likely to peel off.

[Countermeasures to solve JMI] The above purpose is to solve the problem of JMI in a vehicle body structure in which a plurality of plates are joined by overlapping one part of each plate on the outside of the aggregate. This is achieved by cutting the plate material located at the mirror-shaped portion in a manner that corresponds to the thickness of the overlapping plate materials, and joining the plate material that overlaps the mirror-shaped portion to the back cut portion.

Furthermore, by forming recessed portions in the aggregate to which the plate is attached in correspondence with the shaped portions, smoothing of the outer surface of the structure can be easily achieved.

In the same figure,! and 2 are outer plates which are plate materials forming the outer surface of the structure. The outer plate 1 and the outer plate 2 are overlapped and joined at their ends. That is, the back cut 5 is formed in the overlapping portion of the outer panel 2 with the outer panel 1 so as to protrude in one direction, and the depth thereof corresponds to the thickness of the outer panel 1 to be attached. In this way, the back cut 5 is formed on the outer panel 2, and the end portions of the outer panel 1 are overlapped and joined to the second part. Next, 3 is a frame to which the outer panels 1.2 are joined and for supporting them. The frame 3 is made by combining and joining a plurality of aggregates to form the entire structure. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the frame 3 itself is a hapt-shaped cross section with flanges 6 provided on both sides. At a position corresponding to the back cut 5 of the outer panel 2, a back cut 7, that is, a recessed portion is formed with a depth corresponding to the protrusion of the back cut 5. Note that 4 is the outer panel 1. This is a coating applied to the surface of No. 2.

ls are joined by overlap spot welding. Outer board like this! , 2 have been joined together beforehand,
This is combined and joined to the framework 3. At this time, the back cut 5 of the outer panel 2 is matched with the back cut 7 of the frame 3 and combined. Note that there is no problem in terms of strength even if the opposed portions of the back cut 5 of the outer plate 2 and the back cut 7 of the frame 3 are not particularly joined.

Even during painting, since no protrusions are formed on the outer panel at 1°20°, the work is easy and problems such as peeling of the paint film are less likely to occur. Furthermore, since a back cut 7 is provided on the frame 3 in correspondence with the back cut 5 of the outer panel 2, the work of joining the outer panels 1, 2 and the frame 3 can be easily and easily performed. .
