【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 吸着剤を具備し且つ回転自在に設けられてな
る除湿用ローター4と、該除湿用ローター4の一
側面側から他側面側に被処理気体を供給通過可能
とすべく前記除湿用ローター4の一側面部側に接
続された被処理気体供給用の配管部11と、該配
管部11から供給される被処理気体の水分を吸着
した除湿用ローター4内の吸着剤の部位に吸着剤
再生用の加熱気体を供給通過可能とすべく除湿用
ローター4の被処理気体の通過位置とは異なる位
置に接続された再生用気体供給用の配管部17と
を夫々有する気体の除湿乾燥装置に於いて、前記
被処理気体供給用の配管部11に除湿用ローター
4を介して連通すべく該除湿用ローター4の他側
面側に設けられた処理済気体排気用の配管部11
aには、該配管部11a内を流通する処理済気体
の一部を加熱気体により再生が図られた除湿用ロ
ーター4の吸着剤の部位に供給通過可能とすべく
前記被処理気体及び再生用気体の通過位置とは異
なる位置に接続されたパージ用配管部16が分岐
して設けられてなることを特徴とする気体の除湿
乾燥装置。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の気体の
除湿乾燥装置に於いて、パージ用配管部16が接
続された位置とは反対側に位置する除湿用ロータ
ー4の側面部に、パージ用配管部16側から除湿
用ローター4を通過した気体をヒーター19によ
り加熱させて吸着剤再生用気体として利用すべく
再生用気体供給用の配管部17の一端側が接続さ
れてなることを特徴とする気体の除湿乾燥装置。
