面電極をこの順に積層した受光部と、この受光部
より延出した上記透明電極よりなる第1出力端子
部と、上記透明電極と電気的に分離して上記基板
上に配された島状透明電極に上記裏面電極を接続
してなる第2出力端子部とからなる光電変換装置
であつて、上記第1出力端子部及び第2出力端子
部の透明電極にリード体をそれぞれ熱硬化性銅ペ
ーストにより接続したことを特徴とする光電変換
装置。 A light receiving section in which a transparent electrode, a semiconductor layer, and a back electrode are laminated in this order on a transparent insulating substrate; a first output terminal section consisting of the transparent electrode extending from the light receiving section; and a first output terminal section electrically connected to the transparent electrode.
