欠点があつた。(Prior art and problems) Conventionally, in devices that automatically drop water into the bathtub, the detection of the bathtub water level is based on the water level as shown in Utility Model Application No. 59-169937 (Utility Model Publication No. 84461-1983). This was done by installing a detector in the bathtub. However, this requires construction of the signal line of the water level detector, and the construction is troublesome due to the risk of water leakage. As a countermeasure to this problem, the applicant of the present application previously proposed Japanese Patent Application No. 168937/1983 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 21439/1982). However, since one of the two circulation pipes is used for conveyance and the other is used for pressure detection, air purging is necessary.
The transport circuit was being switched. At this time, water hammer was generated by the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, and the impact pressure was applied to the pressure sensor, shortening the life of the sensor. At the same time, there was a drawback that air was sucked into the pressure detection tube due to recoil, causing false detection.

Reference numerals 8 and 9 denote reheating circulation pipes of the bath device 3, which consist of an outgoing pipe 8 connected from the pump 10 to the bathtub 4 via a heat exchanger, and a return pipe 9 returning from the bathtub 4 to the pump 10. Reference numeral 11 denotes a pressure sensor as a water pressure detector, which is installed in the return pipe 9 in the main body 1, and is used to detect the water level difference from the bathtub water level. 12 is a three-way valve connected to the suction side of the pump 10, one side is connected to the return pipe 9, and the other side is connected to the hopper 13 described later.
It is connected to the. The hopper 13 is open to the atmosphere and is used to cut off hot water from the bath hot water supply pipe 5, and by switching the three-way valve 12, hot water can be poured into the bathtub 4 from the outgoing pipe 8. ing. A bypass pipe 14 is connected from the outgoing pipe 8 to the return pipe 9 downstream of the pressure sensor 11, and is provided with a bypass valve 15. Also, bypass pipe 1
A three-way valve 16 is provided on the outgoing pipe 8 downstream from the branch point with the pipe 4. 17 is a water flow switch provided in the return pipe 9. The bypass valve 15 is provided with a bypass hole 20 in parallel with a valve port 19 that is opened and closed by a valve body 18 .

マーの減少が計れる。 The operation of the above configuration will be explained. First, when the automatic operation switch (not shown) is turned on, the drop valve 6 is opened to supply hot water to the hopper 13, and the three-way valve 12 is switched to the hopper side. Then, the bypass valve 15 is opened, the three-way valve 16 is switched to the bypass pipe 14 side, and hot water is flowed into the return pipe 9 for air purging. When the air purge is completed after a certain period of time, the bypass valve 15 is closed, the three-way valve 16 is switched to the outgoing pipe 8 side, and the water is dropped into the bathtub 4 from the outgoing pipe 8. Then, while being transported through the outgoing pipe 8, the water pressure is sampled through the return pipe 9. At this time, if the return pipe 9 is equipped with piping for air replacement, the air purge may be performed by switching the flow path at appropriate time intervals. When the set water level is reached, the drop valve 6 is closed. Conventionally, if the circuit is switched during air purging from the bypass pipe 14 to the return pipe 9, the hot water tries to flow due to inertia, and the inside of the return pipe 9 momentarily becomes negative pressure, and then this negative pressure causes the hot water to return. and becomes positive pressure.
These pressure fluctuations act as water hammer and are applied to the pressure sensor 11 as impact pressure. Moreover, when the hot water flowing due to inertial force enters the bathtub 4 and is pulled back, air may be sucked in. In the present invention, the valve port 19 of the bypass valve 15
Since a bypass hole 20 is provided to bypass the hot water, hot water flows through the bypass hole 20 for a while after the bypass valve 15 is closed, and the inertial force is gradually weakened. Further, even when the hot water is drawn back due to negative pressure, the pressure escapes from the bypass hole 20, so the pressure increase is suppressed. Also, the operation of the three-way valve 16 is changed to the bypass valve 1.
5, so that the three-way valve 16 is switched first when opening the bypass valve 15 and switched later when closing it, so that water hammer can be more quickly reduced.

Therefore, the water hammer that occurs when switching the conveyance circuit can be reduced, the life of the pressure sensor can be extended, and air displacement can be prevented, allowing accurate pressure detection.
