It is known that there is. In recent years, attempts have been made in various fields to effectively utilize the properties of far-infrared rays. As an example,
There are heat-insulating layers, etc. in which ceramic particles are mixed into an adhesive and a ceramic sheet coated with the adhesive is attached to clothing.

No. 35619 of 1953, including Publication No. 8, No. 5 of 1953
It is disclosed in Publication No. 45388 of 1986 and Publication No. 7413 of 1981, and in short, a removable adhesive layer is made on a mount, short fibers are implanted in the core layer by electrostatic flocking method, and a flocked mount is made. The structure consists of creating a sheet layer to firmly transfer the short fibers onto the planted short fibers of the flocking mount, and placing a heat-fusible adhesive on the adhesive layer. To perform the transfer, match the heat-adhesive adhesive to the fabric surface of the shirt, etc., and heat and press it with a heating press device.
Melt heat-adhesive adhesive to fuse the sheet layer for firmly transferring the short fibers to the fabric surface of the shirt, etc. When it solidifies, remove the flocked backing from the fabric surface of the shirt, etc. Then, the short fibers are pulled out from the releasable adhesive layer of the flocked mount along the sheet layer, and the pulled out short fibers are transferred to the fabric surface of a shirt or the like together with the sheet layer.

The present invention applies the above-mentioned flocking transfer technology, and the detailed description thereof is as follows. A desired pattern layer is formed on the top of the short fibers using a thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive mixed with a fine ceramic powder crosslinking agent, and the powdered thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive is sprinkled on the surface of the pattern layer. The thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive that forms the pattern layer is cross-linked by heating and drying to form a pattern sheet layer in which fine ceramic powder is mixed, and the powdered thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive is fused to the pattern sheet layer. The powdered thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive fused to the pattern sheet layer of this transfer material and the fabric surface of the transfer material are heated and pressed using a heat pressing tool in accordance with a conventional method to form a powdered thermoplastic synthetic resin. After melting and bonding the fabric surface and the pattern sheet layer,
Peel off the flocked mount and the fabric to be transferred, pull out the short fibers from the releasable adhesive layer of the flocked mount along the patterned sheet layer, and apply the patterned sheet layer to the fabric surface to be transferred. This is what forms the flocked pattern.

After this work is completed, dry heat drying is performed to integrate the mount and the releasable adhesive layer, and to produce a flocked mount in which short fibers are firmly planted in the core layer. Research is progressing on adhesives that form a layer that allows these short fibers to be pulled out from the core layer during transfer.

At this time, the tops of the short fibers are brought into the pattern layer. Next, powdered thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive is sprinkled on the pattern layer, and the powdered synthetic resin adhesive that has been sprinkled on excess areas is removed. After this work is completed, heat drying is performed. By heating and drying, the fine ceramic powder that forms the pattern and the thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive mixed with a crosslinking agent are crosslinked to form a patterned sheet layer, and the powdered thermoplastic synthetic resin is fused into the patterned sheet layer. It is then cooled and condensed to form a transfer material. The powdered thermoplastic synthetic resin condensed surface of this transfer material and the surface of the fabric such as a shirt are heated and pressed together using a heating press tool to melt the condensed powdered thermoplastic synthetic resin adhesive and apply it to the surface of the fabric such as a shirt. The above patterned sheet layer is adhered. During this gap, the adhesive that makes up the patterned sheet layer is cross-linked, so it does not lose its shape. After that, when the fabric surface of the shirt or the like and the flocked mount are peeled off, the removable adhesive layer of the flocked mount is made of an adhesive that is designed to easily pull out the planted short fibers, so the short fibers can be pulled out. As a result, it is transferred onto the fabric surface of the shirt or the like together with the patterned sheet layer adhered to the fabric of the shirt or the like.

。Effects Using the transfer material made as described above, a sheet layer containing fine ceramic powder mixed with a design whose surface is covered with short fibers is created at a desired location on a desired article, and even if this layer is worn directly on the human body. Since the surface is covered with short fibers, the patterned sheet layer mixed with ceramics does not come into direct contact with the skin, and does not cause irritation to the skin. It will fulfill its function.
