【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はシーズヒーターに関する。シーズヒー
ターは、電気発熱抵抗線コイルを耐熱電気絶縁粉
体で電気絶縁を成して金属管内に埋設され該コイ
ルの両端に電気接続ターミナル端子を有して構成
されている。該ターミナル端子へ電気を接続し該
ヒーターは発熱し物体を加熱させる。通電加熱さ
れたシーズヒーターに対する温度管理および安全
管理は、温度センサーを有した電子制御装置、サ
ーモスタツト、等によつて成されている。これら
の多くの場合は、シーズヒーターを機械器具装置
へ組み込まれて前記した各々の管理が同時に成さ
れている。しかしながらシーズヒーターを単体と
して移動可能な状態で使用可能なものに於いて
は、別に設けた温度制御装置または安全装置をそ
のシーズヒーターの電気回路へ挿入して安全を確
保しなければならない場合がある。そこで本考案
はかような対策を旋していない不安全なシーズヒ
ータを改良して極めて安全な過熱防止付シーズヒ
ーターを提供する。次に本考案を一実施例の図面

部10aがその過熱を速かに伝へ該温度ヒユーズ
10bを溶断させかつ離反させてリード線9c,
9dへの通電を遮断せしめる。該温度ヒユーズ1
0bは溶断すれば、金属管9の先端9eから該装
置10を螺合ロツク解除しはずして、別に設けた
同定格容量の温度ヒユーズ10と交換可能であ
る。更に該装置10が破損すれば、別に設けた同

能に設け且つ前記シーズヒーター7に近接又は接
面し設けたことを特徴とした過熱防止付シーズヒ
