通孔からラツチ係合部を突出させてベースプレー
ト部の表面及び側周面を覆うカバー部材と、カバ
ー部材をベースプレート部の側周面に係止してカ
バー部材の離脱を阻止する係止手段と、取付時カ
バー部材をベースプレート部から離脱する方向に
付勢する付勢手段と、を備えてなることを特徴と
