入した室内空気を上記熱交換器４で熱交換した後
室内に吹出すようにした室内機１を備えた空気調
和機であつて、上記ケーシング６内の上記吸込口
８近傍位置に外気導入用ダクト９の一端９ａが開
口され、しかも該外気導入用ダクト９にはその通
路面積を可変とするダンパー１０が備えられると
ともに、該ダンパー１０は、冷房運転時において
は室外温度が室内温度よりも低い時のみ、また暖
房運転時には室内温度が室外温度よりも低い時に
のみ開かれしかもその開度は室内温度と室外温度
との差温が大きいほど大開度となるようにその作
動が制御されていることを特徴とする空気調和機
